About this house rental
With family or friends, our 5-bedroom villa is the ideal place to enjoy your vacation. Quiet, completely renovated, this air-conditioned house of 180m2 offers high-end services: pantry with washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and baby equipment available (high chair, cane stroller, bed, bath, dishes). Take advantage of the heated swimming pool (from April 28 to September 30), the unheated swimming pool (with exceptions) in April and October, and in wintering (unavailable with exceptions) the rest of the time. An outdoor shower is installed next to the swimming pool. Take advantage of the garden to have fun and share memorable moments. Pereire beach is close and will offer you a unique panorama of Arcachon bay.
The living rooms are bathed in light thanks to a 5m high bow windows and a cathedral living room with many windows and bay windows. The house is fully air conditioned, with individual controls and with automatic shutters.
Outside on a 140m2 terrace, there is a large extendable table for 12p, chairs, sun loungers and a gas barbecue. We also make available in the garage, 4 bikes, several outdoor games (ball, balls, racket, net, ..), pool games (lounge, fries, mattress, buoy) and indoor games (game of card, board games, books, comics, etc.). Towels and 2 kitchen towels are provided. With supplement, we rent 2 electric bikes and we offer the supply of sheets with the bed made (22 € / double bed).

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful modern property in sun-soaked Arcachon. Having our own clean, private pool was beautiful and we had everything that we needed to cook for ten people. The air-conditioning kept everything cool and little touches like automated shutters made life very easy. The property is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood surrounded by other villas on tree-lined streets. It is a little further from the town centre and coast than we had imagined but both were only a short cycle ride away and there was plenty of easy parking - especially at the beach at Le Molleau, where the ice creams are also magnifique. We would recommend Arcachon to anyone. Lovely scenery, beautiful food, fun for the kids (Aqualand!!), and a terrific home to return to for a swim at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful stay with the pool and beautiful weather being a particular highlight. The house is light and well designed and equipped to a high standard. Communication with the owner was excellent. It would have been better if the cost of the sheets had been included in the overall price. It would be quite hard to manage without a car. Overall a wonderful place for a family holiday.

First ,Arcachon is a beautiful and classy resort on the French Atlantic coast. It is easily accessible from Paris thanks to the Paris Bordeaux TGV. There is a lot to choose from in the area from beautiful beaches, La Dune du Pyla, boat tours, parasailing, the Bordeaux wine country and, if you like oysters, there is no place like it!
Laurence and Didier’s house is modern, very clean, bright and well appointed. Nothing is missing. It is located in a residential quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beaches and Le Moulleau whether you prefer to walk or ride one of the bikes they provide.
This very spacious air-conditioned house with a beautiful heated pool and large deck makes it a perfect gathering place for a family reunion. We will certainly consider coming back in 2020.
Communication with Laurence, Didier and Annie Nouaille, their local contact, was excellent. They were always available to answer questions and were eager to make our stay enjoyable.
