About this house rental
We rent our house totally renovated by an architect located in Les Abatilles.
10 minutes from the beaches Pereire and Arbousier by bike.
Located in a quiet street, on a high ground, it includes:
-On the first floor: 2 bedrooms (a bedroom with a double bed of 160cm and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double bed and another single bed), 1 bathroom, a very large living room (living room with Bonzini table football, dining room) and a fully equipped kitchen.
-On the 1st floor: a master suite (bedroom with 160 cm bed and bathroom) and 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, a bathroom, a very large wooden terrace with a breathtaking view of the pine trees.
In the basement a laundry room with washing machine, dryer.
The house is air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating for the winter.
The landscaped garden consists of a 60m² terrace, a plancha and a spa for 6 people (from mid-April to mid-October).PGJyPg
Possibility of providing sheets and towels at an extra charge.PGJyPgPGJyPg
NO SMOKING house.
Our animal friends were unfortunately not allowed.PGJyPg
Cleaning fees at the expense of the tenant at the end of the stay in addition by our housekeeper.
