House on 3 levels very bright facing south.
An independent studio on the first floor with double bed and 2 bunk beds, shower, toilet and equipped kitchen.
Level 1: terrace 50 m2, fitted kitchen, dining room - living room, shower, toilet and 1 bedroom.
Level 2: 3 bedrooms large terrace of 30 m2 and one of 20 m2, bathroom + shower and separate toilet.
Sloping land 580 m2
Possibility to park two cars, private access otherwise street not paying.
Air conditioning
Ocean beach by car 15 minutes possible by bus
Arcachon casino beach 14 minutes walk
Train station and tourist office less than 15 minutes walk
Town centre Town hall - market 15 minutes walk
Cycle path at 100 m
Cleaning fee 190 €uros in addition mandatory
Option Supplies of all sheets and towels on the beds for 12 people. (15€/person) to be paid on site
Transport: Shuttle baia 10€ unlimited over 7 days or 1€ the journey a stone's throw from the house this also includes the sea bus (July/August; Petit Port, -Jetée Thiers, -Jetée du Moulleau).

Great week lovely property 15-20 min walk to beach , everything you could need for a family holiday , owners were great and met us on arrival desire Ben g 3 hours late due to traffic .
Bikes were a bonus we should have checked it would have saved us bringing Our own . Next to train station so could manage without a car .
