About this apartment rental
This magnificent apartment is located in a very beautiful house located on one of the most sought-after avenues in Arcachon. The proximity of the city center and the beach of Péreire are significant assets.
The 4-meter ceilings decorated with very elaborate moldings, the old parquet floors and the 3 sumptuous fireplaces will undoubtedly appeal to all lovers of the old-fashioned cachet; all renovated by an architect. The decoration is refined, with high-end materials.
Ideal location for Arcachon holidays on foot or by bike! The bike path is at the end of the street.
The 140 m² are divided into 3 large and bright main rooms (formerly reception rooms of the house). The whole opens onto a beautiful furnished terrace of 35 m² facing south.

We loved the light in the appartement, the huge terrace with very comfy Bain soleil chairs for dosing or reading. The view from the terrace across trees and blue sky. The beach at the bottom of a short road. The market and town centre a short walk away, along the pleasant sea front if you choose. The owner most attentive and the entry/exit agent on the job. A beautiful appartement we would recommend to anyone, we would certainly book again ! Thank you Caroline Roux...

A stunningly decorated apartment with a large balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens. Very high ceiling high in the three main rooms contributes to the special atmosphere of this apartment. The two sleeping “lofts” have a much lower ceiling height, probably not suited for grownups, but perfect for kids. Well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the beach a few minutes and to walk to the downtown area takes around 15 minutes. Recommended stay if you care about interior decoration.

We had a delightful week at this well-located, spacious and well-appointed apartment in Arcachon. As a group – 4 adults and one child – the apartment provided all that we could need both in terms of amenities and access to the surrounding attractions. The owner was a delight to work with and the local agent was supportive and flexible.
The apartment is tastefully decorated and it is clear that the owner has spent a huge amount of time thinking through the layout, design and furnishings.
A firm recommendation for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable apartment in Arcachon with plenty of space.
