Located on the heights of the very sought after residential area of Pyla sur Mer, this comfortable villa, bright and spacious, is ideal to spend holidays with family or friends. The house has all the comforts and facilities necessary to have a good time.
Arranged on 2 levels, this large family house of 190 m2 is located in the Domaine de la Forêt at Pyla sur Mer near the beaches and Moulleau.
With a large terrace in front, equipped with a large table and chairs, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue Weber, the villa is open on a garden of 1000m2 fully fenced and consists of:
