Right in the heart of the Le Moulleau, the house and its cottage were perfect for our family of 9 including two small children. It’s well laid out with a sunny pool area if a little noisy as the main road is nearby. The house itself is quiet, comfortable, and has just been renovated. The beach, shops and restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk away.

La propriété est très bien aménagée tres bien décorée chaleureuse. Piscine extra. Tout est simple d'accès plages restaurants petits commerces. La 2ème villa n a pas l air conditionné. La 1ère oui. Le boulevard est un peu passant mais cela ne nous a pas gênés. Beaucoup de charme et de sérénité se dégagent du lieu.

Maison conforme aux photos, très agréable, tres bien pensée et très bien située. Nous avons passé un tres bon week-end. Communication tres fluide avec l’hôte qui a été tres disponible pour répondre aux questions. Un grand merci.
