Situated on the 4th floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 85m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a king bed (180x200), and the second bedroom has bunk beds and a desk. All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries.
You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
