Well maintained, cozy apartment not too far out the city center!

Nice spacious apartment with everything required for a short stay - private parking, iron, coffee machine, hair dryer, etc. Apartment and parking felt very secure.

It is a bit tedious to get into the apartment and to/from the parking space with all the security protocols. After a day or 2 you do get used to it though.

Beautiful spacious appartement - close to the metro / bus - small grocery store close by as well.

Incredible appartement - clean - cozy - great location. close to grocery store and public transportation. Secure parking was a huge bonus! Terrific communication from the owner.

Only negative is that there isn’t a lot to do around the apartment, but just a short trip into the heart of the city!

Parfait

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du RER et du stade de France. Il est grand, lumineux et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très accessible et répond très vite quand on demande quelque chose. Tout est super bien expliqué pour récupérer les clés. Tout était parfait. Je recommande ce logement et n'hésiterais pas à revenir lors d'un prochain concert.

Prima locatie, maar het appartement heeft aandacht nodig

Prima appartement, op loopafstand van het moderne metrostation Saint Denis. Met lijn 14 ben je zó in centrum Parijs of bij een andere aansluitende metrolijn. Op de route van het appt naar de metro kom je ook nog een kleine supermarkt tegen, dat vonden wij nogal handig. Het appartement zelf is ruim en heel compleet. Parkeren kan gratis / veilig in de ondergrondse garage (dat was wel even zoeken trouwens... ook om er weer uit te komen). De eigenaar hebben we niet gezien, maar was vrij goed bereikbaar via tekst/ telefoon en kwam vriendelijk over.

Het appartement zou veel meer punten scoren als het flink wat extra aandacht zou krijgen. Er is meubilair aan vervanging toe, de bedden kraken vreselijk en de matrassen zijn oud. Ook was er qua schoonmaak wel wat te verbeteren. Viezige oude vaatdoekjes en schoonmaaksponsjes die overal rondslingerden, in keuken en badkamer (daar werd dus mee schoongemaakt? Aii. Dat vonden wij geen goed teken), gekke vlekken op muren, deuren en lakens, de oven was niet bruikbaar door de de vettigheid.... dat kan vast beter! Ook goed te weten: het is erg warm in het appartement (zelfs in oktober). Een raam openzetten s nachts vonden we niet fijn / veilig, omdat je op de begane grond zit en het appt meteen aan de straat ligt, dus dan wordt het snel benauwd.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit großem Balkon und was wichtiger ist- kostenlose Garage.Bis zum Bahnhof braucht man nur 9 Minuten,da kann man am Automaten Tagesticket besorgen und reibungslos Richtung Paris fahren. In 4 Tagen haben wir verschiedene Verkehrsmittel ohne Problem benutzt.. Morgens kann man in Ruhe auf Balkon Kaffee genießen. Wir haben es tatsächlich nicht geschafft,weil wir Zeit woanders nutzen wollten. Man hat in der Wohnung alles was man braucht, obwohl man ganzen Tag bis zu spät draußen ist, ist schön zu wissen ,dass man im Notfall "zu Hause" was kochen kann oder etwas im Kühlschrank hat. Check-in und check out( bekommt man dafür Anweisung per Link) ging auch problemlos, Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Jean Francis, war unkompliziert. Er ist ein sehr netter Mensch . Wir dürften früher das Auto in die Garage fahren und haben Wohnungsschlüssel bekommen. Da war ich auch positiv erstaunt. E Also alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen herzlichen Dank
