large living space and great location

Positive communication with the host team. The apartment was comfortable for 5 adults. The living space and kitchen was clean. The washing machine and dryer was huge plus!

The bathroom situation was not idea as there is only 1 bathroom with toilet without sink (which was small and awkward) and 1 bathroom with shower/tub & sink. There was also too many "house rules" to be considered.

Beautiful apartment, had everything we could have needed including a washer and dryer. Beautiful balcony as well.

No AC but the manager personally delivered Dyson fans to us during our stay because he knew it was going to be very warm. He was very kind and brought them and set them up/built them himself.

I will come back again. I think that says it all .

I liked everything in the facilities, it really felt like I was at home. We were lots of shops around, so we didn't have to go too far for shopping. The building was clean and felt safe.

The heating and hot water was turned off at some set times. As hoilday makers, we don't shower or eat at normal times. It would be nice to have the heating and hot water on always.

Geweldig verblijf voor een bezoek van een paar dagen aan Parijs.

Dicht bij een Metro. Supermarkt om de hoek. En prive parkeerplek onder het gebouw. Geen last van geluiden buiten.

Polecam Apartament :)

Apartament był bardzo duży i przestronny. Składał się z dwóch osobnych pokoi oraz kuchni połączonej z salonem. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy również duży balkon, na którym można było wygodnie zjeść śniadanie. Na start warto byłoby poinformować gości o rodzaju ekspresu do kawy, ponieważ nie każdy ma odpowiednie kapsułki. W naszym przypadku herbata była zapewniona, ale kawy już nie było, a saszetek z herbatą również było bardzo mało. Bardzo dużym plusem jest natomiast lokalizacja – świetne połączenie z centrum Paryża. Zaledwie 500–600 metrów od apartamentu znajduje się stacja metra linii 12, dzięki czemu dojazd do centrum jest szybki i wygodny. Dzielnica jest spokojna i przyjemna, a w pobliżu znajdują się piekarnia oraz sklepy. Poza drobnymi niedogodnościami, pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie. Apartament jest wygodny, dobrze położony i idealny dla większej rodziny lub grupy znajomych. Z czystym sumieniem możemy go polecić.

W apartamencie znajdowało się wszystko, co potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania, jednak odczuwalny był brak podstawowych naczyń kuchennych. Przy pięciu osobach musieliśmy na bieżąco zmywać kubki i sztućce, ponieważ było ich zbyt mało. Brakowało również kieliszków do wina oraz korkociągu. Uważam, że takie podstawowe rzeczy powinny być dostępne w apartamencie. Jednego dnia nie działała ciepła woda – nie wiemy, co było tego przyczyną. Zwróciliśmy też uwagę na bardzo małą ilość papieru toaletowego.

Es ist ein 3 Zimmer Apartment gros ,mit tief Garage.kostenlos Parkplatz und sicher,Lift Sichere Location In der Nähe Supermarket und 10 min zu Fuß Ubahn(Metro) Komfortabel Betten, Küche ok, Sehr ruhig Anlage Nette Haus besitzerin und sehr hilfsbereit

Bettbezug sehr schmutzig es waren Resten von anderen Touristen. Schade weil das Apartament ist sehr schön Ich habe sorge gemacht wegen die 500 €für die Kaution es sind viele Sachen kaput in Apartament und ich verstehen nich für was Kaution . Es geht auch ohne Kaution einfach vertraun Ich war auch sehr enttäuscht von die Betten und konnte nichts machen oder....

Cómodo y buena relación calidad - precio. Bien comunicado

Estaba completamente equipado, tenía parking y eso es muy importante porque fuimos en coche, el metro estaba a 10 minutos aunque luego París a 40 de los puntos más importantes, pero en línea generales la relación calidad precio es muy alta, la comunicación con el anfitrión, ha sido muy fácil rápida y fluida. Tenía una carnicería y un supermercado bajo que nos resultó muy útil.

Que habían muchos mosquitos y algo de ruido nocturno.

Ideaal appartement dichtbij Stade De France en Parijs

Goede locatie indien je naar Stade De France moet. Ook handig dat er parkeerplaats is, alles wordt goed uitgelegd in de filmpjes. Bedden waren comfortabel, leuk terrasje.

A szállás rendben van, csak a kaucióval törtésnő zsarolás volt szörnyű

A szállás teljesen elfogadható. Előny hogy közel van a parkoló.

Beköltözés elött 500 euro kauciót akartak kifizetteni velünk. Zsaroltak, hogy addig nem adják ki a kódot. Szerencsére az egyik utitársunk beszélt franciául és így nagy nehezen le tudta beszélni, hogy nem akarunk a szállás áránál is nagyobb kauciót fizetni. Ráadásul az előzetes információban ez nem szerepelt. A másik probléma a WC. Az ajtó befelé nyílik és annyira rányili a WC-re hogy néha elég nehéz volt kijönni. A WC deszka szörnyen mozog a rossz rögzítés miatt.

Schöner Aufenthalt, wir würden es wieder buchen

Das Appartement ist groß genug für 4 Personen und hat tatsächlich 2 einzelne Schlafzimmer mit je einem 1,40m Bett. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und hübsch eingerichtet. Es verfügt über einen schönen Balkon und ist wirklich leise.

Die Flecken auf Teppich und einzelnen Möbelstücken von Vorbesuchern. Im Bad gibt es keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Det var många som fattas till ex. toalett pappers, skräp påsar, schampo, disktabletter, handdukar ,handtväl, tv funkar inte, kylskåp dålig och jag har fått en faktura som måste betala 3 st. handdukar eftersom det var inte i längden.

Świętny apartament i lokalizacja też super.

Lokalizacja niedaleko stacji metra i do tego stacja metra z windą! Mamy 4 letnie dziecko i wózek, więc winda jest jak najbardziej wskazana...W pobliżu kilka sklepów i miejsce na parkingu zewnętrznym też w końcu znalazłem przed apartamentem ( mieliśmy box na dachu auta, więc parking wewnętrzny był za niski).
