It’s also quite close to the “La Plaine Stade De France” stop on the RER B line, making it easy to get there directly from Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport.
The key is in a key box, so you can arrive late on the first night if needed.
The apartment is located on the courtyard side of the building, so it’s quiet compared to the street.
Great for summer:
(there’s no air conditioning, as is the case in 99% of homes in the Paris area), but:
-There’s a fan
-There are mosquito screens on every door and window so you can open them when it cools down in the evening without letting mosquitoes in
