In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. I’m not one to normally complain, but when you are spending this much money on a home for a week, you should know what you’re getting. If you’re alone or don’t plan on spending much time in the house it’s great, don’t have back problems, or asthma it’s great. The house is older so it’s drafty and A LOT of the moisture gets in causing mildew/ moldy air ducts and for me personally it’s difficult to breathe in that air quality, the beds made me feel about 30 years older and the bathrooms are usable but both in need of a good cleaning and some renovation. We got this house to save a few dollars but spent so much money just to spend time away from the house when recovering from the sun.
