Three of the home’s bedrooms are located on the mid-level. A room with two bunk sets and one with two single beds and a TV share a full hallway bath. Each opens onto a spacious deck featuring a 4-person hot tub and stunning ocean and bay views. A master queen bedroom featuring a TV and private bath opens onto a private deck to enjoy a shaded respite with a good book or to simply experience the sounds of a summer evening.
The home’s final bedroom, another master queen with TV and private bath is located on the upper level. This level is also home to the high-ceilinged great room where a kitchen, dining area and living room provide the communal spaces that bring everyone together for those great family moments. My family and I had a wonderful stay here. It was close to the water, spacious, and all amenities were very nice. The hot top was quite luxurious! The location in the town was also convenient yet secluded off of the main road. Very satisfied

We had a great week! The only negative I had was the ants in the kitchen and no kitchen towels. Otherwise, our week was picture perfect in the house. It was clean, plenty of activities for the kids, beautifully stocked kitchen with kitchen tools, pots, pans, etc, and we would definitely rent this house again.

We have been staying in the Outer Banks for the past five years. We particularly enjoy the area of Frisco and were thrilled to be able to snag a house down there this time. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed having the clean sheets and beds made, and towels waiting for us! But fair warning, the pictures online are slightly deceptive as this home has definite water damage and more wear and tear than it looks, obviously that is expected in some capacity when you are staying in a beach side home. The master bedroom has a hole in the floor that my husband almost put his foot through. There was rotting wood in the bedroom with the twin beds. I made sure to reach out to the real estate agency and let them know, they thanked me for that information. We also lost food in the pantry due to an infestation of ants. This was also told to the real estate agency who said they were going to bring over ant traps and call an exterminator. We never got any traps. Sitting on the couch watching a movie and more ants appeared. Later on in the week as we sat down to dinner we were swarmed by flying ants. There is a section of the top window above the dining room table where the molding is coming apart, the flying ants have made a home. A message with a picture to the real estate agent was sent, no response. I am hopeful that once an exterminator gets there it will resolve those issues. I would hate for anyone else to have to deal with that on their vacation. Love the area. Not the house.
