As you park and unload your car on the driveway, note the nearby 6-person hot tub and its promise of many soothing soaks to come. Adorable octopus art marks the outdoor shower, a wonderful convenience for easy clean-up after a day on the beach. All three of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level and include a queen master featuring a walk-in shower; another queen and a room with two sets of single bunkbeds that share a full hallway bath. The house was clean. Kitchen was stocked appropriately. Great partial view of the ocean from the deck. Nice quiet neighborhood.Great access to the beach and to all amenities in the Village. Good TVs in bedrooms. Easy communication with company. Nice tote bag with goodies to greet us. Note that those with mobility issues will find it difficult to make it to the top floor. We are blessed to be able to navigate the steps at our age.

Excellent!!Very clean and close to the beach. We loved everything about the house. Hot tub is a wonderful touch. We visited during peak season, and beach was never crowded. The neighborhood is quiet, and I felt such dreamy privacy all week.

This is a great house. LOTS of stairs! The bedrooms/baths are on the first level and kitchen/living on the top 2nd level. House was clean and comfortable. Loved the lovely arrival gift as well.The leasing agency was impossible to communicate with during off season. Check in is via app so that was easy.
