Your family would love the cozy and well-equipped Beach Bux as a vacation spot. All guests must bring Paper goods, towels, and linens. Beachbux is furnished and decorated according to the owner's preferences. The following are provided: coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets or comforters. Additional Fees apply for reservations, partial stays, taxes, and insurance.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.

The location is fantastic, especially for the price. It was nice to be able to walk out the front door and be at the beach. It also sleeps plenty of people for the size of the house which is nice for a larger family. That being said, there are definitely a few maintenance issues that could be squared away.
