Please note that reservation fees, partial stay fees, as well as taxes and insurance, are applicable when booking at Austin's Pointe.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The house is just a short walk to the beach. From the front porch you get a great view of the sound and can also hear the waves crashing in the ocean. The back porch is a great place to sit and relax. I would highly recommend staying at this house!

Carport was flooded the entire stay. Icemaker didnt work. There were knick knacks all over gave house a crowded feeling. Closets had no doors and there was useless furniture in closets and rooms again giving crowded feeling.
