After a day at the beach, the covered back deck provides a relaxing space, while the covered parking area offers a convenient spot for cleaning the day's catch. Time and Tide lives up to its name by providing amenities such as LCD Cable TV, central heating and air conditioning, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fish cleaning station/outdoor shower, and a strict no pets and no smoking policy. It's worth noting that linens are not provided, but guests have the option to bring their own or rent them from recommended providers such as Money's Worth at 800-833-5233 or Ocean Atlantic Rentals at 252-995-5868.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.

Great location on the beach, and great location on OBX. First visit to OBX, and absolutely loved the beaches and bird watching in the area. The beach house was as described with no issues whatsoever. The home is a bit older as advertised. Showers are really small, but who cares when you have an outside shower. We would rent it gain.

We had a wonderful time! Time and Tide was nicer than we thought from the photos and was well stocked with everything we needed. There are some things that could be updated, just like any home, but we had everything we needed, plenty of space, and the location could not have been better. I highly recommend this rental!

Older home with a wonderful porch to watch the ocean from. Showers are small, but there is an outside shower also. Large fully stocked eat in kitchen with plenty of room to gather. Drive way is tight so becareful if you have a large truck. Would stay again.
