Discover the charm of Besançon from this recently renovated studio, ideally located, close to the Granvelle park. Nestled on the 2nd floor (NO ELEVATOR), the apartment is in a quiet street, but nevertheless close to restaurants, pharmacy and bakery. In just about ten minutes on foot, you will reach the park of the water station, offering a walk on the banks of the Doubs. It is also equidistant from the heart of the city center where you will find all the shops and shops.

Inside, the apartment offers a carefully appointed space, combining comfort, old and modern. The newly installed kitchen from March 2025 is equipped with an induction hob, an oven and a small fridge. You will also find a coffee machine and a kettle to enjoy your mornings with a coffee or tea, as well as a toaster.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and a new TV to let you enjoy relaxing evenings in front of your favorite series, movies or shows.
Next to the kitchen, you will find a pretty sunny bedroom, with a cozy double bed, a library area and an office space for working remotely. This cozy room offers access to a balcony with a dining table for two people to enjoy the good weather.
The bathroom/WC area is not the most spacious, but it is functional and perfect for a relaxing shower after a day of exploring. In addition, it has a window that will allow you to air the room. Please note, however, that the layout of this space is not closed since it is located at the end of the dressing room corridor to the right of the living room, but it does provide some privacy if necessary.

Access to the street by car is possible, some short-term parking spaces are available to allow you to unload your belongings. However, to park longer, you will need to park in one of the many parking lots near the apartment (see Welcome booklet).
