10/10 great apartment in an amazing location!

The location is amazing - right at the foot of the trail leading up to the Citadel, overlooking the river and the mountain, and a short walk away from downtown. The owner is amazing and he went out of his way to help us access the property when we arrived, even though he provided clear instructions on how to self check-in. The apartment itself is big and airy, the bed and the couch bed are very comfortable, it is equipped with everything needed for a nice stay. We especially appreciated having a washing machine and the ironing board - when you live out of a suitcase while traveling it is nice to have the opportunity to freshen up! There's a paid parking lot right in front of the apartment, 8€ a day.

Everything was great, and this is just neat peaking really: it would be nice if there was a frying pan, instead of pots only, and an actual shower door. The Internet was slow during our stay.

2 spacious rooms. Good heating. Lovely plentiful towels. Easy walking distance to rest of the town. 2 tvs

There was no place to hang clothes. (A freestanding rail in the bedroom could help.) No instruction sheet for the appliances.

L'emplacement est top car nous allions en soirée à la Rodia Ce petit appart est à un quart d'heure du centre-ville à pied

La veille de la réservation j'ai reçu une demande de caution de 250 € qui n'était pas stipulée dans l'annonce. Cela m'a surpris et un peu énervé car ça fait quatre fois que nous réservons cet appartement Nous avons compris en arrivant car nous avons constaté que la table avait changé et que le canapé avait une entaille qui n'était pas là la dernière fois....

Eine sehr gute Alternative zu einem Hotelzimmer

Die Lage ist für eine Stadtbesichtigung ideal, da nur in Kurzer Laufweite in die Altstadt. Gegenüber der Unterkunft gibt es ausreichend und günstige Parkplätze. In der Wohnung war alles sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist mittels Türcode zu öffnen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter klappte gut.

Für mich nicht wichtig, aber erwähnenswert: das Treppenhaus ist etwas eng. Das alte Gebäude ist etwas hellhörig.

Accommodatie was niet beschikbaar vanwege vernieling door vandalisme. Ik heb gevraagd om betaalde bedrag terug te storten naar nog geen reactie ontvangen.

Bonne adresse pour visiter Besançon en un week-end.

Bon emplacement au pied de la citadelle. 10-15 min du centre-ville. vue dégagée. literie très confortable. Kitchenette et machine à laver. Très jolie décoration.

2 ème étage sans ascenseur. Les serviettes de bain n'étaient pas sur place et les draps pour le canapé-lit non plus (j'avais réservé pour 4). Les serviettes ont été remises après demande.

Petit studio hyper sympa, placé idéalement après un concert à la Rodia et pour un petit tour en centre ville et au bord du Doubs. Propre, literie confortable, nous recommandons et nous reviendrons

Appartement agréable , proximité vieille ville , citadelle , boulangerie proche le matin

appartement froid à notre arrivée à 17h ( 17°) et froid à notre levé à 7H30 (16°) revoir plage de réglage température . Maison calme mais extérieur bruyant mème fenètres fermées mais nous n'avons peut-être pas l'habitude de la ville..

A 2 passi dalla Cittadella

Posizione ottima per la visita alla città appartamento confortevole e con buona dotazione

Essendo al secondo piano senza ascensore per chi è di passaggio ( carico e scarico bagagli) un po’ scomodo. Un po’ rumoroso ( con le finestre aperte) essendo praticamente a lato della galleria con molto passaggio di auto. A finestre chiuse é ok. Quasi tutto è nuvo ma c’è ancora qualche mobile datato.
