It's a lovely apartment with beautiful views from the windows and balcony. It was very clean and very well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (once we found where everything was - there's a "hidden" cutlery drawer above the pots and pans!)The beds were comfortable with good bed linen. It is a good location with an easy walk into town. It was easy to contact the host by WhatsApp when we had a problem.

The directions for the garage need to be clearer: we had difficulty finding the garage. E.g. specify that the entrance is in the block behind a yellow metal shutter near door (no. xxx). It would also be good to have the instructions to opening the door in English and specify that you need to pull the door open not push it. The sliding doors to the bathroom and toilet were a bit awkward - it was difficult to close the toilet door from the inside because there is no handle. There is some traffic noise from the street.

The whole everything about it was outstanding. There was even a reserved parking space in the garage. Absolutely faultless!!! <3 :)

The apartment had nice views of the old city , the river and the citadel. There were balconies where you could relax and enjoy the views

There was no communication from the owner until we arrived. We asked twice for details on how to access the apartment but to no avail. Eventually we received a 11 digit code to access the apartment but no answer to how we gain access to the building. Having arrived we phoned the owner who then told us there was a key safe on the fence next to the the building front door and she gave us the code to open the the key safe. Why we should have to enter a11 digit code into a door lock is beyond my comprehension as normally 4 digits or 6 would be reasonable. Every time we tried to enter the apartment we had to enter this 11 digit code . Go figure!! On entering the apartment we found that the internet and the TV were not working. We text the owner for the internet code and we were given the wrong code. The next morning we found the router for the internet and the code on it so we could use it. We found the TV would not work as the cable to the power board was to short and could not be connected unless we took the power board out of the cupboard. As previous guests have stated the sliding doors to the bathroom and toilet had no handles and the toilet door was very difficult to close. There were no instructions for the apartment and having to put the 11 digit code to open the front door of the apartment we find that the lock to the sliding doors to the balcony was broken so that any determined thief could have got in that way. We have travelled with booking.com and airbnb for the last 10 years . We are recognised as a genius 3 member with booking.com and we have an excellent profile with airbnb. This is the first time we have used booking.com for booking an apartment and we have always been happy with the hotels in the past that we have booked with them. Therefore can we suggest that you booking.com do more due diligence with the owners of these apartments and that they come up to the excellent standards that we have had with airbnb

The apartment is very modern with an amazing terrace from which you can admire the city. The apartment is perfect for a family of four and close to the city centre within a 10 minutes walk.

1. No normal facilities like shampoo, gel shower coffee where available 2. The instructions for the check-in were very confusing and only given in French.

Very quiet, calm, clean, bright, spacious, stylish, modern apartment with amazing view from the balcony. Well location. The host is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
