A lovely apartment in a pleasant area with lovely views.

It's a lovely apartment with beautiful views from the windows and balcony. It was very clean and very well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (once we found where everything was - there's a "hidden" cutlery drawer above the pots and pans!)The beds were comfortable with good bed linen. It is a good location with an easy walk into town. It was easy to contact the host by WhatsApp when we had a problem.

The directions for the garage need to be clearer: we had difficulty finding the garage. E.g. specify that the entrance is in the block behind a yellow metal shutter near door (no. xxx). It would also be good to have the instructions to opening the door in English and specify that you need to pull the door open not push it. The sliding doors to the bathroom and toilet were a bit awkward - it was difficult to close the toilet door from the inside because there is no handle. There is some traffic noise from the street.

Had the potential to be good but let down in the detail.

The apartment had nice views of the old city , the river and the citadel. There were balconies where you could relax and enjoy the views

There was no communication from the owner until we arrived. We asked twice for details on how to access the apartment but to no avail. Eventually we received a 11 digit code to access the apartment but no answer to how we gain access to the building. Having arrived we phoned the owner who then told us there was a key safe on the fence next to the the building front door and she gave us the code to open the the key safe. Why we should have to enter a11 digit code into a door lock is beyond my comprehension as normally 4 digits or 6 would be reasonable. Every time we tried to enter the apartment we had to enter this 11 digit code . Go figure!! On entering the apartment we found that the internet and the TV were not working. We text the owner for the internet code and we were given the wrong code. The next morning we found the router for the internet and the code on it so we could use it. We found the TV would not work as the cable to the power board was to short and could not be connected unless we took the power board out of the cupboard. As previous guests have stated the sliding doors to the bathroom and toilet had no handles and the toilet door was very difficult to close. There were no instructions for the apartment and having to put the 11 digit code to open the front door of the apartment we find that the lock to the sliding doors to the balcony was broken so that any determined thief could have got in that way. We have travelled with booking.com and airbnb for the last 10 years . We are recognised as a genius 3 member with booking.com and we have an excellent profile with airbnb. This is the first time we have used booking.com for booking an apartment and we have always been happy with the hotels in the past that we have booked with them. Therefore can we suggest that you booking.com do more due diligence with the owners of these apartments and that they come up to the excellent standards that we have had with airbnb

The apartment is very modern with an amazing terrace from which you can admire the city. The apartment is perfect for a family of four and close to the city centre within a 10 minutes walk.

1. No normal facilities like shampoo, gel shower coffee where available 2. The instructions for the check-in were very confusing and only given in French.

Lovely, well equipped apartment let down only by external disturbance in the evening until late.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. The bed in the room we used was firm and extremely comfortable. The terrace was fantastic with accommodating ratton furniture. Justyna kindly left us a fan for the bedroom and there was some air conditioning in the apartment. Parking was very safe in an underground garage. There is a boulangerie within 5 minutes walk, along the same block.

Everything was great except for a problem that was not the owners fault, that is the live music about 100 metres from the apartment in the cafe of the swimming complex across the road next to the river. Unfortunately it went on past midnight and we couldn't sleep. It was incredibly loud. The shower was hand held and part of the bath. We got used to it but a full shower would have been better.

Manque une balayette pour le quotidien , chevet absent dans les chambres et peut être faire poser 2 poignées pour simplifier le fonctionnement des portes des wc et de la salle de bains

REACTIVITE MINABLE

Impossible de contacter la propriétaire une fois arrivé devant la résidence pour obtenir les informations d'accès au logement. La pièce jointe envoyé avec les informations nécessaire était fail, aucune réponse de l'hôte par téléphone, WhatsApp et mail via Booking. Accusés de lecture 5h plus tard, aucunes excuses, prise de nouvelles, sauf pour vous dire que le check out devra être fait avant 10h, pas compliqué puisque nous n'avons pas logé là !!!!! Apres 2h à attendre avec une petite de 4 ans, Booking a pris le relais pour un relogement . Il serait peut être temps de prendre un service de conciergerie, compétant et réactif pour le service de vos clients. Passer votre chemin, il y a suffisamment d'annonce tout aussi sympathique sur Besançon.

la communication avec l’hôte avant et après le sėjour:3 messages avant sans aucune réponse et après avoir signalé notre dėpart pas d’accusé de réception.De plus il serait bon de mettre un nombre de chaises correspondant au nombre de personnes pouvant occuper l’appartement (1chaise et 2 chaises de bar),heureusement il a fait très beau et nous avons pu bénéficier de la terrasse.Enfin peut être donner le fonctionnement de la table basse.

Tolle Lage mit Aussicht in Besancon in einem Wohnblock

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Das Appartment hat alles, was man braucht. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage im selben Gebäude ist sehr hilfreich, weil Parken im Bereich der Altstadt sonst immer kostenpflichtig ist. Wichtig bei Ankunft: Zuerst schnappt man sich den Zugangsbadge für die Haustür aus einem kleinen Safe, damit betritt man das Haus, dann in die Wohnung mit einem Türcode, dann erst in der Wohnung die Fernbedienung für die Tiefgarage holen, so dass man mit dem Auto dort einfahren kann. Ist so ein bisschen das Gegenteil von einem Exit-Room, klappt aber, wenn man sich konzentriert.

Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr spät (aber dann gerade noch rechtzeitig) bzgl. Zugangsdaten zur Wohnung gemeldet.

Super séjour, appartement au top!

Appartement bien plus cosy qu'en photos, un vrai nid d'aigle avec une superbe terrasse et une vue à couper le souffle. Lit très confortable, tout le linge de maison est fourni, la cuisine bien achalandée. Tout est propre et lumineux, les instructions bien claires et la place de parking très appréciable. Propriétaire super réactive via whatsapp, et à 5 mn à pieds du centre ville tout en étant très calme!

Juste un bémol : le dossier des fauteuils de terrasse, pas confortable mais il y a plein de coussins dans les immenses dressing des chambres si besoin

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft nah am Stadtzentrum

Die Lage der Wohnung nah am Fluss mit Blick auf die Zitadelle ist super. Man kommt schnell zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist modern mit allen notwendigen Geräten.

Wir hatten am Ankunftstag Probleme den Türcode am Display einzugeben. Aber nach kurzer Übung hat es dann immer geklappt. Der Zugang zur Tiefgarage war erschwert, da das Licht im Erdgeschoss der Tiefgarage defekt war. So musste man immer im Dunkeln zu seinem Auto im 1. Untergeschoss. Leider wurde es innerhalb unseres Aufenthaltes von 2 Wochen nicht repariert.

Quel que travaux d'entretien à faire. Exemple beaucoup de calcaire sur les mitigeurs, portes coulissantes qui ne coulisses plus et manque de poignet de porte. Manque aussi porte manteaux, table de chevet.
