We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean and everything was brand new. The owner was an excellent communicator and access to the apartment was easy and he even gave us a key to store our bike. It was a lot better than expected since there no reviews.

Fijn verblijf inde mooie stad Besançon
De accommodatie was modern ingericht, de slaapkamers zijn lekker groot. Het was rustig, geen tot weinig geluid van de buren. Goeie douche en fijn dat er een vaatwasser, wasmachine en Nespresso beschikbaar was. Wij waren er tijdens een hittegolf (38 graden) maar het appartement bleef enigszins koel, mede omdat het appartement op de begane grond is gesitueerd en er waren luiken voor de ramen Met zelf meegenomen twee ventilatoren van de action (in elke slaapkamer één) was het OK slapen. Een single split unit in de woonkamer of plafondventilatoren in de woonkamer zouden de waarde van deze woning verder verhogen. Locatie was heel goed. Het centrum is te lopen (het was zwaar voor ons ivm hittegolf en peuter) Parkeren was prima. Voor de deur, en als het vol is 50 meter verderop. Contact met de eigenaar was goed, hij stuurde nog een berichtje om te vragen of alles in orde was
Het appartement is redelijk recent gemoderniseerd. Echter in de badkamer zijn er wat vochtproblemen die aangepakt moeten worden. De tuin was OK maar was niet heel uitnodigend om te gebruiken, er kan meer van worden gemaakt. Afzuigkap moet schoongemaakt worden

La gare est à 15/ 20 minutes à pied Machine à café à débrancher et rebrancher à chaque fois sinon elle ne fonctionne pas Matelas neuf et canapé neuf mais de qualité moyenne Prévoir ventilateur pour l’été si forte chaleur

Quartier au calme. Proximité du centre ville à pied ( 15-20min), et d’un supermarché.
Rideaux des chambres non occultants pour obtenir une obscurité complète. Équipements satisfaisants mais à minima.

Très agréable séjour !
Les volumes et le fait que le logement ait été refait à neuf, les capsules de café, le WIFI et la Livebox Orange. Bonne literie, ça compte :-). Bon emplacement entre l'Ecole d'Art (raison de notre venue) et le centre ville.
Prévoir un petit tapis sortie de douche et une poubelle de salle de bain serait un plus.
