On balance, a disappointing experience.

The flat was nice and clean, but...

...accessing it was as stressful as it gets. The host didn't follow his own Byzantine protocol and didn't take our calls when we couldn't enter the building.

Il personale, nonostante il fatto che l'appartamento fosse pulito e libero, non ci ha lasciato prima di 17 ore. Io e i miei due figli mi sono seduto sotto una porta fredda. Mai in vita mia mi sono sistemato così tardi, nonostante il fatto che ho chiesto e scritto che sono venuto con i bambini.

Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein! Der Host hat sehr prompt auf Anfragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

Die Betten wirkten wie bereits benutzt. Das ausziehbare Sofa sehr unbequem und weich. Das Badezimmer hat einen unangenehmen Geruch. Das Essbesteck teilweise schmutzig.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist in der Fußgängerzone und wirklich sehr zentral. In der 4. Etage ist es sehr ruhig. Das Schlafzimmer geht zum Innenhof und das Wohnzimmer zur Fußgängerzone. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Ideal für die Stadterkundung

Die Lage ist super. Direkt im alten Teil der Stadt - in der Fußgängerzone. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Fahrräder konnten wir sicher im Innenhof abstellen. Die Wohnung hat eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Sie ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Man könnte dort auch selbst kochen und durchaus längere Zeit verbringen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über E-Mail hat sehr gut geklappt. Auch alle notwendigen Informationen zum ein- und aus-checken, zur Parksituation, usw kamen rechtzeitig und sehr gut verständlich. Wir würden diese Wohnung noch mal nehmen. Für uns etwas befremdlich war, dass man so eine Art Banksicherheit veranlassen muss, also wie eine Kaution. Das kannten wir nicht und waren deswegen verunsichert, aber wir haben das Geld zurück. Also alles ok

Het geduldige personeelslid dat mij probeerde te overhalen om via een link 350€ waarborg over te maken.

Ik wil de naïeve booking klant waarschuwen. Ik betaalde mijn reservatie op de dag zelf met mijn Bancontact en werd daarna verzocht om 350€ waarborg over te maken met creditcard voor ik kon inchecken. Dit moest gebeuren via een link, die ik niet vertrouwde. Voor mij een ongebruikelijke gang van zaken.

Appartement avec climatisation,oui mais..........

L'appartement est spacieux, moderne, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Besançon

Pendant notre séjour, la température en journée à l'extérieur était de 37°c avec des nuits chaudes en moyenne à 29°c. La climatisation de l'appartement est programmé et piloté à distance par le gestionnaire.Fonctionnel la journée avec une température dans l'appartement confortable mais éteinte le soir. Malgré notre demande auprès de Mathieu pour qu'elle fonctionne la nuit,rien n'as été fait. Résultats, nous avons eu chaud pour dormir et la température devait tourner dans les 26-27°c à l'intérieur de l'appartement.

Schöne große Wohnung, zentrale Lage

Leider schlecht geputzt, der Boden klebte an einigen Stellen. Insgesamt staubig und einfach nicht richtig gepflegt. Die Gläser sind alle blind, da die Spülmaschine offensichtlich nicht ordentlich eingestellt ist. An der Bettwäsche waren die Reißverschlüsse nicht geschlossen, sodass man sehen konnte, wir die Kissen und Decken innen drin aussahen ....

Superbe appartement spacieux. L'on s'y est senti très bien. Lumineux et calme. De plus, très très bien situé en plein centre, proche à la fois de superettes, commerces tout genre, tram, restaurants.. communication très facile avec l'hôte. Un très chouette séjour

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Besançon.

La situation de cet hébergement est idéale, tant en terme de calme, silence que pour son aspect pratique. Un magasin Naturalia se situe à quelques pas plus haut (au 15) dans la même rue, idéal pour s'approvisionner. Mais en traversant la rue : pâtisserie d'exception, pharmacie, poste… Le Musée des beaux-arts est à une encablure à pied et mérite une très (très) longue visite ! Restaurants et cinémas proches de ce Musée. Coté appartement ? Silencieux et confortable, que dire de plus ?! Il est facile de s'y rendre à pied (ou en tram, prendre le T2) depuis la gare Viotte. Même temps de trajet en coupant à pied via le parc des Glacis. Idéal pour les voyageurs qui utilisent les transports collectifs pour se déplacer de ville en ville. Vous pouvez oublier votre voiture dans un parking et flâner, déambuler dans cette cité vaubanesque.

Un moins : juste un store qui a décidé de prendre des vacances lors de notre escale (…un incident qui n’altère en rien notre appréciation, il devrait être réparé prochainement !) Petite suggestion (…qui vaut pour tous les hébergements sur Booking :-) : laisser une copie des modes d'emploi de l'électroménager ou un QR code pour l'accès en ligne aux versions dématérialisées (et dans diverses langues)…
