L'emplacement est super ! Le centre est accessible très facilement, de même que les rives du Doubs. L'endroit est calme, beau et très confortable, parfait pour des moments cosy une fois rentré d'une journée de visite.
Malgré les indications, les clefs ont été un peu difficile à trouver. Pour les prochains visiteurs, avoir un torchon dans la cuisine pour la vaisselle serait un plus.

Super emplacement, l'appartement est très bien équipé avec tous les produits nécessaires. Beaucoup de place pour ranger. Du charme, aussi ! Excellent rapport qualité prix.
C'est clairement indiqué, mais il vaut mieux ne pas être trop grand. Un peu difficile de trouver la porte d'entrée si on arrive de nuit, une petite photo aurait aidé ! Mais ce sont des détails.

Communication avec le propriétaire : top ! Ultra réactif, commerçant. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire y a remédié quasiment dans l'heure. Emplacement : top ! Proche du parc, de la fac, des restos. Idéal !
Une chaleur a crever sous les toits. Pommeau de douche qui fuit, on ne peut pas se tenir debout sous la douche et dans le studio sans se cogner la tête. La propreté est moyenne. La femme de ménage est passée en notre absence. Le linge de lit semble ne pas avoir été changé.
