Das Haus, die Tiefgarage, die Wohnung waren in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Kleine Kritikpunkte wurden umgehend erledigt. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren bespielhaft.

Das Appartement hat einen guten Schnitt und eine ansprechende Ausstattung. Leider haben die installierten TV-Geräte einen miserablen Klang, der durch die Benutzer leider nicht entschieden verbessert werden kann.
Die Lage zum Godewind-Park hin, hat einiges für sich. Das Haus ist gut gedämmt, so dass Nachbargeräusche kein Thema sind. Dies trifft leider nicht auf die Außengeräusche zu, die
durch das üppige Verkehrsgeschehen auf den Straßen vor dem Haus merkbar dominiert werden. Da leidet die Erholung.
