Equipped with many nice amenities such as Bose music system, coffee machine, sauna, whirlpool, conservatory, beautiful terrace with furniture, dressing room. The house is furnished on 2 levels. 2 bedrooms are on each level. 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet complete the picture. A large living area consisting of kitchen dining area living room and conservatory invite you to feel good. No matter what the weather is, in the 50 sqm large conservatory you always feel like in nature. The property is not visible and is directly adjacent to fields and hiking trail for walking.
