Die Wohnung war schön geräumig und auch gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind hell und durch die großen Fenster gut zu lüften.
Im Bad müsste mal der Duschvorhang erneuert werden ( dunkle Flecken). Die Fugen benötigen eine Behandlung mit etwas gegen Schimmel und die Duscharmatur gegen Kalk.

Tolles und großzügiges Apartment in super Lage. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert. Kommen gerne wieder.

Kein Frühstück. Man muss ins Parkhaus fahren und von dort kann man in die Wohnung gehen, also direkt an der Straße kann man nicht parken. Die Breitestr. ist eine Hauptstraße, die wir waren zum Weihnachtsmarkt dort, der war direkt an der Wohnung, dass war super.
Die Wendeltreppe ist für gehbehinderte schlecht geeignet.
