Tolles Apartment in der Lübecker Innenstadt

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, so dass ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt habe. Es hat eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und im Bad ist auch eine Waschmaschine.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt von Lübeck

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Altstadt von Lübeck, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. In der Nähe sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Geschäfte), Restaurants und Imbisse. Ein Parkplatz zum Ent- und Beladen war um die Ecke. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Schlüsseltresor. Die drei Schlafzimmer waren geräumig und mit je einem Fernseher ausgestattet. WLAN-Anbindung war gut. Es lag eine Informationsmappe mit allen wichtigen Informationen und Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten aus. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Das Bad mit Dusche war geräumig.

Es gibt kein "Wohnzimmer", wir saßen in der Küche. Leider ließ sich die Küche nicht soweit erwärmen, dass man dort gemütlich sitzen konnte. Es gab in den Zimmern zu wenige Ablageflächen. Zum kostenfreien Parken war es einige Gehminuten.

Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Für einen Weihnachtsmarkt Besuch gibt es keine bessere Lage in Lübeck. In weniger als 100 Meter Entfernung gibt's einen Edeka- Markt, wo man sich zum Frühstück gut versorgen kann. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt mit einer gelungenen Mischung aus historischer und neuer Möblierung. Die Informationen zum Check in kommen automatisch und umfassend.

Statt der Fernseher in den Schlafzimmern wäre einer im Wohn- Ess- Bereich für uns sinnvoller. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau und es sieht auch jeder anders.

Tolle Zeit in Lübeck in einer tollen Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Sie liegt zentral und ruhig und alles ist fussläufig erreichbar! Der Zugang zur Wohnung verlief problemlos über einen Schlüsselkasten! Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Lübeck und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in direkter Stadtnähe

Es war sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet, voll ausgestattet, nichts kaputt und direkt in der Stadt. Direkt nebenan gibt es Obst etc. Perfekt. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem TV ausgestattet. Zudem waren die Betten bezogen und Handtücher, Seife und Duschgel vorhanden. Mehr geht nicht. :-)

Leider sind die Parkmöglichkeiten äußerst beschränkt.

Ottimo appartamento nel cuore del centro storico di Lubecca

Appartamento perfetto: spazioso, luminoso, pulito e confortevole, arredato in modo suggestivo e dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, si è proprio nel cuore dello splendido centro storico di Lubecca, a due passi da tutte le attrazioni principali. Sotto la finestra della camera c'è una targa che indica che l'imperatore Carlo IV alloggiò in quel luogo nel 1375 (anche se il palazzo è poi stato ricostruito nel XIX secolo. Bella anche la vista sulla storica Lowen-Apotheke e della sua pittoresca vetrina.

Die Lage ist prima, es war alles blitzeblank sauber, bequeme Betten mit fester Matratze, die sind ein richtiger Eye - Catcher ! Es ist schön leise aufgrund 3fach verglaster Fenster und dunkel zum Schlafen aufgrund verdunkelnden Gardinen - wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Das Wohn- Esszimmer könnte ein bisschen heller sein. Fenster kann man nicht kippen. Sonst alles klasse !

Beliggenheden var super central. Skønt badeværelse og gode senge. Nem at handle ind og rolige omgivelser

Vi manglede en lille opholdsstue. Der var kun et lille køkken .Det var svært at være der i så snævre rammer når vejret var koldt og blæsende. Men på en eller anden måde kom det ikke bag på os. Ville godt have haft lidt mere respons fra udlejer da jeg kontaktede dem på send beskeder . Der kom intet svar.

Die Lage war wirklich perfekt – zentraler geht es kaum. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar, und die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ebenfalls top.

Allen in der Familie hat die Woche im der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen.

Die Lage und die Grösse der Wohnung, sowie das es wirklich bequeme Betten hat. Sehr schönes Badezimmer.

Das es kein Sofa/Wohnzimmer hat. Die Stühle am Esstisch werden auf Dauer etwas unbequem.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, die Lage super👍

Die Betten waren unbequem, die Wohnung war eher runter gekommen. Silikon im Bad war verschimmelt, Türen und Boden aufgequollen und so wie die Fliesen im Flur kaputt. Der Reinigungszustand ließ zu wünschen auf, die Türen waren speckig, Fliesen im Bad schmierig. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche kaputt, der Siphon tropft. Der Wasserhahn im Bad so ungünstig angebracht das bei Wasserentnahme gleich der ganze Waschtisch absäuft.

TOP Lage für Städtereisende und Familien

Die Ferienwohnung "Bendix" hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Alles wie auf booking.com beschrieben. Bad und Dusche waren optimal. Auch die Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten sind empfehlenswert. Küche mit Sitzplätze und Mobiliar waren vollkommen ausreichend. TOP-Lage und ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis machen diese Wohnung zu einem Favoriten. Klare Weiterempfehlung.
