Good stay in Bad Schwartau

The apartment was spacious, clean and modern with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Host was very responsive.

The sofa was not very comfortable, the very steep staircase leading up to the upper bedroom was quite scary. There were not enough hooks for holding towels and coats and jackets. Lamps on the nightstands would be nice. Road noise

Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit Potenzial für kleine Verbesserungen, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm war, dass alles sauber und gepflegt war.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten den Komfort jedoch noch verbessern: Die Töpfe waren schon recht abgenutzt, eine Mikrowelle oder kleine Utensilien wie Schere oder Flaschenöffner wären praktisch gewesen. Auch Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten durch Gardinen hätten den Schlafkomfort erhöht. Leider war die Internetverbindung während unseres Aufenthalts kaum nutzbar, sodass zusätzliche Kosten für mobile Daten entstanden sind.

Anwohner abgeschlossen -riesen Berg nasser Bettwäsche auf einem Stuhl auf dem Balkon vermutlich Schmutzwäsche aus vorheriger Anmietung - kaputter Wäscheständer - defekter Staubsauger - verschmutzter Boden Dusche - Wäsche in den Waschmaschinen und trockner - Schimmel im Bad - keine Möglichkeit Handtücher nach dem Duschen aufzuhängen - Flecken im Bettlaken - fehlender zweiter Beistelltisch Schlafzimmer - Kaputter Kleiderschrank (Brett gebrochen) - Kleine Lampe Schlafzimmer ohne Funktion - Gradienenschienen ohne Stopper sodass die Gardienen immer rausrutschen - Fernbedienungen für Lampen ohne Batterien - Tv ohne kabel-/ Satellitenanschluss (keine freien Sender verfügbar) nur payTV mit privatem acc - Schimmel in der Senseokaffeepadmaschine - Wasser steht in der spülmaschine - Kühlschranktür falsch montiert/ geht zur falschen Seite auf - frei hängende Kabel im Bad - Blumenkästen auf dem Balkon mit Toten Pflanzen Keine Kommunikation nach Beanstandung aller Mängel! Leider kann man hier nur 4 Fotos Hochladen um alles deutlich zumachen. Zusehen ist die schimmlige Kaffeemaschine, der kaputte Schrank, die schmutzige Dusche und der Schimmel im Bad ....
