Pleasant stay at a convenient location.

The welcome was very friendly and informative. The location is easy to find, quiet and conveniently located - shops, sights and the coast can easily be reached by bicycle or car. Parking is free. The apartment is spacious, clean and has a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, sufficient crockery and cutlery. The wifi worked well, the smart tv with the possibility of using streaming services and the gaming console were much appreciated.

From the description of the duplex apartment "entire unit located on the ground floor" it was not clear that both bedrooms could only be reached by going up or down a set of stairs - the photos are misleading and partly out of date. The souterrain had a cold/damp feel about it, towels and clothing did not dry overnight and unfortunately it does not have a toilet. After returning home we read one review that mentioned "noisy ventilation in the basement", we were not aware that some means of ventilation existed.

Super stay, no doubt we´ll be there again.

All the boxes were ticked. Nice location, very friendly owners, very comfortable apartment with pleasant and quiet views from the studio-balcony. The bed was first class, bathroom as good with probably the biggest shower in Germany and the kitchen served all its purposes. The balcony excellent.

I suppose, due to Corona in 2020, the price for 2 nights was abnormally high! However, it was our Golden Wedding Anniversary trip to the sea and the overall standard of the stay was very high and made it a very pleasant event.

Amazing hidden place with careful attention to details

The house is recently renovated and has a modern design and high quality finishes. The 2 horses in the back garden were a bonus and loved to watch them in the morning at breakfast

Schöne Wohnung zum erholen.

Die Gastgeberin hat uns freundlich empfangen und den Schlüssel an der Wohnung übergeben. Es wurde alles kurz erklärt. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für eine Familie. Ruhige Lage neben Pferdekoppel. Großes Duschbad im Souterrain, neben dem dortigen Schlafzimmer. Gemütliche Wohnküche im EG mit allem, was man so braucht. Weiteres Zimmer im DG, dort auch weiteres kleines Bad. Und eine Playstation für die Kinder. :-) Alles schön, gemütlich und sauber.

Das Apartment war sehr gemütlich, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es waren nur kurze Strecken zum einkaufen und zu den Stränden. Wir waren über Silvester mit Baby dort, sehr zu empfehlen!

Naja, ganz okay!

Ruhige Lage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, recht modern ausgestattet

Krabbeltiere, ob Spinnen, Schneider, Fliegen, Mücken... Durch den Baum vor dem Fenster fliegen in warmen Nächten durch offene Fenster unzählige Tiere rein. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es zu warm. Obwohl mit einem kostenfrei inkludierten Parkplatz geworben wird, findet man vor Ort nur drei Parkplätze für vier Wohneinheiten. Wir mussten mehrfach an der Straße parken.

Sonst aber ein schöner Aufenthalt

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und stetig erreichbar per Telefon, wenn Fragen aufkamen. Wir waren als Paar in dem Baumhaus 1-Zimmer Apartment und es ist wirklich top eingerichtet gewesen. Es wurde auch ein Dyson zur täglichen Verwendung angeboten, um das Apartment für die Zeit selbstständig sauber zu halten. Die Dusche hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die war sehr groß für 4 Personen platzmäßig.

Leider wurde das Apartment nicht ordnungsgemäß bei uns zu 100% nochmal nachkontrolliert. Wir haben aus der kleinen Filter-Kaffeemaschine einen benutzen Filter mit Kaffee überbrüht herausgenommen, jener nicht Uns war. Zudem habe ich leider eine komplette Spinnenfobie und auf dem Balkon hingen überall Spinnen herunter , auch sehr Große. Deswegen war der Balkon für mich leider nicht großartig zu betreten. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Leider waren auch keinerlei Gewürze, Zucker, Öl vorhanden. Fit jenes leer im Schrank stand. Ich hätte mir persönlich auch eine Information bezüglich des Bio Abfalls an den Mülltonnen mit einer Wegbeschreibung gewünscht. (Kompost, Restmüll)… es gab so keine direkte Biotonne, wie es bei uns in Thüringen in der Stadt normal ist. So müsste man die Vermieter mit solchen Fragen nicht behelligen.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub mit 320 km E-Bike Touren in 4 Tagen.

Sehr ruhig gelegen,sympathische Gastgeber,moderne freundliche Atmosphäre,perfekt um die Lübecker Bucht mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal im FUNKyHOME und werden mit Sicherheit wenn wir wieder an die Ostsee reisen dort wieder buchen.

Wie bei vielen Privaten oder Tiny Häuser Erfahrung ist durch Vorgänger immer der Abfluss verstopft. ( Dusche) bei wirklich netten Besitzer kaufe ich immer ein Rohreiniger und löse das Problem. ( Wie auch in diesem Fall). Kann es nur Empfehlen es öfters selber zu testen, was ich aber verstehen kann, wenn es nicht der Fall ist :) deswegen sehe ich es nicht als Nachteil.
