We booked this place for a only a-night stay during our trip through Europe, and it was a great choice! We were 8 people, including 4 small kids, and the apartment was spacious enough for all of us. It was very clean and in a fantastic location—just a 6-minute walk from the city center.

Beliggenheden og venligt personale. Hvilket er den eneste årsag til at jeg giver 2 stjerner.

Da vi kom frem var der ikke en nøgle i nøgleboksen. Der er 1 bageplade men den kan ikke være i ovnen. Lejligheden er enormt slidt men det værste var den manglende rengøring og ubehagelige lugt af mug som hang overalt i lejligheden. Der er fugtigt på gulvet flere steder.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 10 Min vom Zentrum entfernt. DievWohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich.

Die Küche hat alles, mehr Geschirr und mehr Besteck wäre gut, es reicht für eine Mahlzeit. Insgesamt ist die Küche nicht gemütlich.

Kein angenehmer Aufenthalt und nicht geeignet für Familien mit Kindern

• Umfangreiche Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Kochutensilien, Spülmaschine, Babybett gegen Aufpreis, Hochstuhl, etc.) • Gut aufgeteiltes und geräumiges Appartement • Zentrale Lage

Leider war es nahezu überall sehr schmutzig hin zu verdreckt und vermüllt. Der Boden in der Küche des Appartements klebte hartnäckig und musste durch uns zunächst gereinigt werden. Das klebrige Etwas fand ich dann ausgelaufen in der Gemüseschublade des Kühlschranks - Honig, Sirup oder ähnliches. Das Kochfeld mit altem Fett überzogen. Staubmäuse hier und da. Sehr unangenehmer Abflussgeruch beim betreten der Wohnung. Zum Glück fanden wir eine saubere Toilette und saubere Bettlaken vor, was schon fast verwunderlich war. Der Hausflur ist komplett verdreckt. Es klebt, tote Motten u.A., undefinierbarer Schmier an Wänden und Türen. Vermutliche Mieter im EG lagern jeden Tag anderen Müll vor ihrer Wohnungstür. Rauchgeruch. Laute Musik. Ständig ein- und ausgehende Männer. Ein „Kampfhund“ der regelmäßig durch den Flur lief. Kleine Müllhalde direkt vor dem Haus mit entsprechendem Geruch. Für uns als Familie mit Kleinkind insgesamt unzumutbar.

Für einen Kurztrip in Ordnung.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir konnten direkt vor der Wohnung (Wochenende + Feiertag) kostenlos parken. In der Mitte der Straße kann man einen Parkstreifen zum Be- und Entladen benutzen.

Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. In den Ecken waren Spinnenweben und das Badezimmer wirkte auch nicht gereinigt. Der Eingangsbereich zum Haus war leider sehr dreckig und auch die Müllsituation vorm Haus war nicht schön.

Intrampad smuts på golv i entréhus. Soppåsar förvarade utanför lägenhetsdörrar. Överfulla soptunnor vid entrén. Ljud och skrik från innergården, som i sig var ovårdad. Cigarettdoft som gick in i lägenheten. Kuddar som doftade ofrächa, även om lakanen i sig verkade rena. Ingen personal.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Saubere Wohnung.

Schmuddeliges Treppenhaus, Müllberge vor dem Haus. Diese Problematik scheint laut anderen Bewertungen nicht neu zu sein. Hier sollte dringend reagiert werden. Teilweise Rauchgeruch und Lärm durch andere Wohnungen. Letztendlich muss jeder für sich entscheiden, ob die Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit der Renovierung und Ausstattung der Wohnung den eigenen Ansprüchen gerecht wird. Für uns hat es leider nicht ganz gepasst.

Erholung garantiert

Das Apartment ist hochwertig ausgestattet, hell und freundlich! Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und konnten uns voll und ganz auf den Urlaub und die Erholung konzentrieren. Sowohl die Altstadt als auch der Bahnhof sind in weniger als 10 Geh-Minuten zu erreichen - ideal, wenn man wie wir ohne Auto anreist.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Verbesserungspotenzial hatten einzig ein paar Haken für die Handtücher im Bad. Hier wurde uns schon mitgeteilt, dass diese alsbald nachgerüstet werden.

Wohnung befand sich in einem desolaten Zustand (Apartment 2)

Die unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation, wenn auch automatisiert. Da wir selbst im Bereich Kurzzeitvermietung tätig sind, ist das selbstverständlich. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man bereit ist paar Schritte zu laufen. Aber genau das wollten wir so.

Anhand der unzähligen Fotos in der Anzeige war nicht klar erkennbar, welches Apartment wir bekommen. Wir hatten dann Apartment 2. Leider war es recht schmutzig, teilweise Dinge kaputt und ansich die ganze Wohnung in einem desolaten Zustand. Auf dem Tisch klebten Essensreste von vorherigen Gästen, das Badezimmer war nicht ordentlich gereinigt, der Griff von der Dusche löste sich beim ersten Anfassen halb ab. Die Seife war nicht aufgefüllt, ging auch nicht, da der Spender ebenfalls kaputt war (auslief). An der Wand waren noch Bohrlöcher und Anzeichnungen für evtl. vorgesehene Anbringungen. Auf einer Heizung lagen Socken von einem vorherigen Gast. In der Küche war alles recht unordentlich zusammengestellt an Möbeln, der Fußboden "notdürftig" zusammengeschustert. Geschirrspüler hat nicht funktioniert - deswegen mussten wir leider unser schmutziges Geschirr darin hinterlassen am Abreisetag. An vielen Wänden waren starke Abnutzungserscheinungen zu sehen (könnte man überstreichen/ausbessern). Einen sogenannten "russischen" Kronenleuchter" gab es on top. Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht und würden daher dort nicht mehr buchen. Wahrscheinlich kann die Firma selbst nichts dafür, sollte ihr Reinigungs- bzw. Wartungspersonal allerdings besser schulen/überwachen. Leider konnte ich nicht alle Bilder hinzufügen....

Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage zur Innenstadt und mit Potential

Sehr gute Lage zu Bahnhof und Innentadt, Fenster gut schallisoliert, Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet sowie gut und teils hochwertig ausgestattet.

Keine gute Möglichkeit zum Be- und entladen, da nutzt auch der teure aber nicht wirklich nötige Parkplatz nicht viel. Mietvertrag und Check-in erfolgte über andere Platform, in englischer Sprache mit Abfrage sensibler Daten (PA-Nr, weitere optional erbeten), zeitliche Flexibilität bei An- und Abreise kostenpflichtig und dies bei einem hohen Preis in Hotelkategorie. Der Wohnungsservice hat hinsichtlich Sauberkeit noch Luft nach oben. Kleinere Unzulänglichkeiten (u.a. etwas provisorischer Spiegel im Bad, keine Haken, Dunstabzugshaube defekt, keine Anleitungen zu den Geräten). Dass wir die öffentlich-rechtlichen TV-Sender nur über die Mediathek sehen konnten, lag wohl eher an uns. Etwas mehr gäste (!) -orientierte Bedingungen und ein niedriger Preis würden diese Wohnung wirklich attraktiv machen. Das Potential dazu hat sie. Ach ja, ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre auch nicht schlecht.

Tolle Wohnung in der Nähe der Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist schön. Renovierter Altbau… Alle Zimmer großzügig und die Betten waren hervorragend. Das Bad ist etwas klein und ohne Fenster. Hat uns aber nicht unbedingt gestört. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. :)

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Ich habe das moderne Design sehr gemocht und die hochwertige Ausstattung. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig, da es nicht an der Strasse ist. Die sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung war für mich ebenfalls von Vorteil. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
