Clean and spacious apartment.

Nice spacious apartment. It was clean and had all the items one would need in a self-catering apartment. Owner was friendly and quick to respond. We had the 1st floor one with street and courtyard view.

The parking was a kerfuffle. We booked the private parking which wasn't easy to find. All the roads are tight and busy one-way roads, so it wasn't a couple of minutes to navigate to it as stated by the owner. The owner did contact me directly after a while to lead me to it, but by then we managed to park in a space outside the property. I was very tired and hungry by that point. I would have expected a courtesy refund for a parking space not used (Eu20). The area itself was residential, but sadly looked very run down with rubbish everywhere. Parking didn't feel entirely safe on the road and had I not been so tired, I would have preferred to stay in a more private space, although security there wasn't entirely guaranteed either with it being out of sight completely. Sadly we couldn't open the sofa bed. My husband followed the instructions but it wouldn't unfold with the cushions on and we didn't want to force it. It seemed very worn out and sat-through already. I had to sleep on it as it was, which would have been a problem had we needed it for the full occupancy. Not a comfortable sleep. Another off-putting aspect of this booking were the very long-winded instructions by email and left around the property. It took us a while to read through and navigate to the key box and the flat code.

Strongly recommended property for families

Apartment: clean, kitchen and bedroom well equipped, modern. Ground floor makes easy for children and stroller to reach the apartment. Location: quiet residential area, 10-15 mins away from historical city center. We like to walk so no problem there :) Owner: Sascha is very welcoming, responsive and he makes himself available for any need. I felt being well taken care if as a guest. Thank you !

The following is a personal preference: I like hard pillows in bed however the ones provided are the common soft ones (80x80). If there would be the choice, it would be a nice addition to the equipment.

Nice and comfortable apartment close to city center (about 15 minute walk). It is quite compact (especially kitchen), but equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Getting keys and handing them back was super easy.

It was very price worthy. looks like the pictures, a bit smaller but it always is, and it was definately not TOO small. also a nice little room connected to the kitchen thst would’ve bern nice if it wasn’t so cold

If I have to say one this it is thst the water preassure and water temperature was a bit uneven. But it really wasn’t anything that was particularly bothering!

Rustig gelegen mooi onderhouden appartement

Het appartement was voldoende groot en rustig gelegen. Heel leuk terrasje waar je makkelijk even kan gaan zitten en genieten van een kop koffie in de ochtend als je de andere gasten nog niet wil storen 's ochtends.

Het sofabed in de living viel enigszins tegen en was niet echt comfortabel. De keuken miste suiker en melk voor bij de koffie.

Ein sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Apartment, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem und die Küche super ausgestattet.

Die Ausstattung des Apartments war super. Das Hostentor ist Fußläufig in 10-15 min erreichbar. Dank des zusätzlichen Parkplatzes wussten wir immer wo wir unser Auto abstellen können. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Moderne, helle, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Der Vermieter begleitet den Aufenthalt mit freundlichen Mails, er ist immer hilfsbereit. Bei der Abreise konnten wir uns bei den Damen, die für die Reinigung zuständig sind, sehr bedanken für die Sauberkeit und Frische der Wohnung - fantastisch! Wir werden die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen für einen nächsten Familienbesuch in Lübeck. Und gerne werden wir sie Freunden und Bekannten empfehlen.
