Wonderful apartment with a history in the Centre of history

Great location, very comfortable and clean apartment. The apartment was very easy to reach fromthe train station by local bus. The supermarket is literally outside of the door. We had a lovely breakfast at the Mr Baker. Over all it was a lovely stay.

It took us a little while to get the keys. But that may be just bad timing as the owners were on holiday. But it all worked out in the end without too much trouble.

Excellent location, good space, helpful hosts.

Loads of space, kitchen was well stocked, good table in the kitchen to eat at. Rooms were large enough. Location is fantastic, supermarket very close, lots of restaurants in the area, and main sites are easy walk away. Good bakery nearby too. Lift is handy, only a few stairs in the entrance foyer.

If I was sharing with others it may be a bit tricky as there is no separate lounge but there is a good kitchen table for communal eating. Also for me, one bathroom was great for 2 of us , lots of room, but if you had a big family, it may be a little harder. Great to have a washing machine in the apartment (with washing liquid), and a dishwasher.

Location is excellent, supermarket, bakery, restaurants are all within walking distance. The rooms are huge and clean.

It will be good to change the bath tap control as its not that smooth.

Very charming apartment, great for exploring the city by foot

Perfect location. Great view. Spacious. Proper kitchen. Great wifi. Working elevator. Parking available. Bakery outside the door. Friendly hosts.

Initial washing problem upon arrival as there was no detergent available for the dishwasher, which also lacked rinse aid and salt. There was no drainer available for hand washing, and the hand washing liquid bottle was almost empty and had to be kept upside down. All small things that strike a difference between feeling like a valued and a non-valued customer, and can probably be corrected with the right instructions to the cleaning company.

Schöner Lübeck Urlaub, sehr zu empfehlen

Also die Lage mitten in der Altstadt, in einer engen Gasse mit Blick auf die Kirchen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man konnte alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichen und somit ist die Wohnung ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Erkundigungen. Die Einrichtung mit den alten Möbeln ( Mix aus Alt und neu) fanden wir super und die Himmelbetten traumhaft. Wir haben uns wie Adlige gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war prima, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Und alles war sehr sauber. Ein kleiner Aufzug fährt direkt bis vor die Wohnungstür, perfekt. Schlüssel lagen in einem Schlüsseltresor direkt vor der Wohnungstür, somit hatte man keinen Stress beim Einchecken. Leider waren die Tage zu schnell rum, wir wären gerne noch geblieben. Lübeck ist eine sehr schöne Stadt und immer eine Reise wert.

ein paar kleine Punkte die eben nicht so gut waren sind -Klavierspiel ( jemand scheint unten drunter Unterricht zu geben) ab morgens um 8 uhr bis Abends -ekliger Essensgeruch ab morgens, zieht durchs ganze Haus - Daunendecken, weiß nicht ob das so hygienisch ist und Allergiker haben dann ein Problem. -Ich hätte eine Anmerkung noch, ich würde mehr mit Deko machen, es wirkt alles ein bisschen kahl, 2 schöne Bauernschränke stehen komplett leer im Flur, da könnte man zu Beispiel einen Büchertauschschrank machen.

Sehr schöne und große Unterkunft in toller Lage.

Frühstueck selbst zubereitet, Lage hervorragend. Telefonische Rückfrage wg. angetroffener Belegung des Parkplatzes sofort , zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich geregelt. Nur zu empfehlen. Müsste überall so sein !!!

Leider nur ein Küchenhandtuch zur Verfügung. Eindeutig zu wenig für fünf Personen.

Tolle Unterkunft im Herzen von Lübeck

Einfache Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsseltresor. Parkplatz vorhanden im Hinterhof, jedoch sehr eng für unseren VW Bus. Wohnung mit Aufzug zu erreichen. Tolle Aussicht, toll eingerichtet. Einige Kochutensilien vor Ort, sogar Kaffee, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wohnung ist riesig, inmitten der Stadt, alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Öffihaltestelle in absoluter Nähe.

Einige Betten haben laut geknarrt, das hat sehr gestört. Die Matratzen waren mir zu hart, aber das ist Ansichtssache.

Die Lage! Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Bars, fußläufig erreichbar! Netter türkischer Ladenbesitzer im UG!

Keine Lüftung im Bad! Es hat zwar ein Fenster im Bad, welches jedoch nicht zum Lüften geeignet ist. Da es in einen Schacht endet und dort sehr strenge Gerüche heraus kamen. Die Klobrille könnte passend gekauft werden! Die Kaffeemaschine könnte entkalkt werden.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Beste an der Ferienwohnung ist die Lage! Die ist nicht nur super zentral und trotzdem ruhig, sondern auch noch in der schönen Ecke der Altstadt. Insgesamt ist die Ferienwohnung schön groß und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Wir mögen alte und antike Möbel, von daher gefiel uns auch die Einrichtung. Auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war gut.

Was leider gar nicht ging, waren die Betten. Sie sehen toll aus und die Matratzen selbst sind sehr bequem, doch die Betten haben keinen Lattenrost. Stattdessen Bretter auf Holzlatten, die bei jeder kleinen bereits Bewegung knarren. Hinweis für Feder-Allergiker: Sämtliche Kopfkissen und Bettdecken haben Daunenfüllung.

Sijainti oli ihanteellinen, huoneisto oli tilava ja siisti. Keittiössä kaikki tarpeellinen. Kylpyhuone viihtyisä, tilava ja toimiva. Kaiken kaikkiaan aivan loistava majoituspaikka meidän ryhmämme mielestä.

Loistavalla sijainnilla ok asunto.

Asunnossa ei ollut ilmanvaihtoa. Ainoa keino tuulettaa oli avaamalla ikkunoita. Johtuen vanhasta rakennuksesta. Sängyt eivät hyvät. Kylpyhuoneen lattialaatta oli mörkänä vaarallisen liukas ( yksi kaatuminen).

Super Lage direkt in der Innenstadt, Wohnung liegt im 3.OG, ist aber auch per Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Liebevolle Einrichtung, voll ausgestattete Küche Wir werden sie auf jeden Fall wieder Buchen und können sie empfehlen!
