cute old building, great location around the corner from the Christmas markets, nice of owners to leave us a small bottle of Prosecco for Christmas

unfortunately the shower only had cold water for one of two days we stayed there in winter. we could also not control the heater. the decor doesn’t show the true potential of the lovely building

Disappointing

Perfect location right in the city center and two minutes walking to the bus stop with many busses going to the train station. Restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Very outdated furnishing, the kitchen was small and very poorly equipped. The bathroom was dirty, with a lot of mold in the shower. Plaster falling out of the walls.

I wouldn't stay here again.

Info had not been updated regarding key collection, so we rang at the house next door as instructed, but the woman there said she had not been doing this for a year now. However, she was extremely helpful, took us next door to the actual accommodation and helped sort us out.

The beds are shorter: 190cm. So if you're tall like my husband, this was quite uncomfortable. Also, the beds are essentially two single beds pushed together, so there is a 10cm gap between them and this was unpleasant and not what we expected. We asked where the (advertised) toaster was, but there wasn't one to be found in the other rooms either. We thought the hosts might purchase one the next day, but one never appeared during our 5 night stay. The staircase is winding, steep and slender and care must be taken on these. Getting a suitcase up was a bit of a challenge. The car had to be parked about 500 metres away from the apartment, so if you forget something, it's a hike to go get it. The convenience of the location made up for that, though.

Very small and not fully suitable for self catering

The location

The room was nothing like the ones shown on the review. It was tiny. The kitchen wasn't big enough to cook anything and the bathroom was miniscule. The bath was a third of the size of a normal bath and the shower rail (that holds the shower head) was hanging off. The only thing it had going for it was the location. Right on the doorstep of the bars restaurants and shops. If you are planning to book this, I would check which room you will be having as this one was only just big enough for two at a push. In saying that though, the price was right so if you just need somewhere to get your head down then this will do the trick. The car park is about half a mile away. Lubeck is lovely. Well worth a visit.

Lage Lage Lage - Ausbaufähig in der Sauberkeit

Das Haus ist sicherlich Denkmalgeschützt, also alles krum und schief mit viel Charme. Direkt am Geschehen, aus der Tür und mitten drin. Das Bad hat sicherlich in den letzten Jahren eine Sanierung erfahren. Die Aufhenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Eingangsbereich mit Lesesessel und Co. sind ein netter Bonus. Die kleine Teeküche reicht bei kurzem Aufenthalt völlig aus.

Als erstes muss man sagen, daß leider nicht geputzt war. Zahnpastareste im Waschbecken. Haare auf dem Boden, Toilette lange nicht geputzt (optisch und am Geruch erkennbar) Der Tisch im Hauptraum war so lange nicht gesäubert... Die Krusten haben wir dann weg geschrubbt um überhaupt daran essen zu wollen. Man sieht, daß hier und da mal was gemacht wird aber sehr lieblos. Warum ein Bad renovieren und dann eine 20 Jahre alte Duschstange hin hängen. Auch die Handtücher waren ok zur Nutzung aber eben schon 20 Jahre alt und völlig dünn gewaschen und ausgefranzt.

Die Lage ist top. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Das Haus ist sehr interessant geschnitten und speziell.

Unsere Unterkunft befand sich im Erdgeschoss, während Küche und Bad im Keller lagen. Da es sich um ein sehr altes Haus handelt, herrschte dort leider ein starker Toilettengeruch. Die Küche bestand nur aus einer kleinen Kochnische. Die Dekoration ist altmodisch und wirkt ein wenig überladen.

Trotz der guten Lage würden wir diese Wohnungen nicht wieder mieten.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist unschlagbar, nach ein paar Schritten ist man mitten in der Stadt.

Die Schlüsselübergabe (Tür Code) hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben (trotz Zeit Absprache) 45 Minuten vor der Tür gestanden. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber (Reste im Waschbecken), Spinnweben, etc. Weiterhin war in einem Zimmer das Fenster defekt und nur mit viel Kraft zu schließen.

Trotz der Kritik war es ein schöner Aufenthalt

Wohnen in einem Baudenkmal, einfach toll und das mitten im Stadtzentrum. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich (Wohnung 4).

Der Fernseher hat gleich am 1. Tag den Geist aufgegeben. Die Reinigungssituation war suboptimal. In der Küche gab es zu wenig Geschirr, es gab nur 2 Teller.. sollte dringend nachgerüstet werden.

Centralissima, a due minuti a piedi da una delle piazze del centro e da un supermercato, che è sempre utile. Pulita e ordinata, mi sono trovata bene.

Non ha le lenzuola e per chi viaggia in aereo è complicato portarle da casa. La proprietaria parla solo tedesco, ma abbiamo risolto senza problemi la situazione.

Zum Glück nur 2 Nächte... Enttäuschend

Die Lage war top, mitten in der Altstadt.

Die Übergabe des Schlüssels war nicht optimal. Der Schlüsselkasten war schon geöffnet und jeder hatte Zugang ins Haus. Das Problem war, dass der Kasten nur zu schließen war, wenn der Schlüssel in einer bestimmten Position ist. Nach 10 min. dann doch geschafft. Wir hatten Appartment 2 mit ings. 4 Erwachsenen. Ziemlich abgewohnt, Wasserflecken an den Decken und Wänden, Küchenzeile uralt. Das Fenster im Badezimmer war unerreichbar und ließ sich somit nicht öffnen, Abluft gab es auch keine. Der Abfluss in der Spüle und im Waschbecken im Badezimmer lief nicht ab. Das Problem war aber wohl schon bekannt, denn es stand ein Dessertschälchen zum auffangen unter dem Siphon. Zähneputzen nur in der Badewanne möglich. Bei Regen Dach undicht, Wasser tropfte von den Wänden und das ganze Bad stand unter Wasser. Totaler Renovierungsstau. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Dieses Appartement hätte in diesem Zustand nicht vermietet werden dürfen!

freundlicher Empfang gute Lage, sehr nah zur Innenstadt historisches Haus mit besonderer Atmosphäre

Das gebuchte "Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern" ist leider in einem schlechten Zustand. Viele Gegenstände und die Räume werden nicht gut in Stand gehalten und sehr schlecht gereinigt. Daher haben wir uns extrem unwohl gefühlt und sogar zu Beginn darüber nachgedacht, uns eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Für zwei Nächte ging es, und die Lage ist an sich sehr gut. Die Hellhörigkeit im historischen Gebäude - es gibt noch weitere Apartments dort - ist sicher nicht zu ändern, aber Zustand und Sauberkeit waren äußerst grenzwertig.

Hier lebt es sich sehr gut!

Historisches Gebäude, liebevolle Gestaltung! Der angrenzende Hof bezaubernd, schön das wir in diese Bereiche schauen durften! Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schiffergesellschaft, St.Jakobikirche, Höfe, Backsteingebäude alles fußläufig super zu erreichen. Es war uns ein großes Vergnügen, dankeschön.

Eine Anregung: ein Album oder Fotografien welche die Bauphase in der Engelsgrube 27 wiedergeben, hätten wir mit Freude und großem Interesse gern angesehen.
