Baustellenwohnung - keine Behebung von Mängeln

Der Ort

Es wurde noch gearbeitet während wir eingezogen sind. Der Whirlpool war unglaublich verdreckt. Wir hatten Silberfische in der Wohnung. Die Dusche war nicht vollständig (= ständig nasses Bad). Die mehrfachen Beschwerden vor Ort wurden ignoriert. Keine Besserung während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir haben 199 Euro für die Endreinigung zahlen müssen, aber haben eine verdreckte Wohnung vorgefunden. Lest bitte die weiteren Kommentare. Wir sind nicht die einzigen….

Baustellenwohnung ohne Behebung von Mängeln

Der Ort

Es war eine Baustellenwohnung (u.a. wurde in der Erdgeschosswohnung noch gearbeitet). Das Treppenhaus war sehr schmutzig. Dies wurde an der Rezeption gemeldet, aber passiert ist nichts. Trotz zweimaliger Beschwerde. Wir haben Silberfische im Zimmer gehabt. Passiert ist nichts. Die halbe Duschtür hat gefehlt (= Boden des Bads nach dem Duschen komplett nass) und wir haben mitbekommen, dass sich auch andere Personen beschwert haben. Insgesamt waren 1/6 unserer gesamten Rechnung für die Endreinigung, aber eine saubere Wohnung haben wir nicht vorgefunden!
