Welcome to our retreat located 3 minute walk from Turkey Point Beach! This spacious open concept cottage is comfortable, offering the perfect blend of modern amenities with a rustic charm. Easy access to hiking trails, nearby attractions, and thoughtful touches throughout, your stay here promises to be a memorable escape.
The cottage's prime location places you just 3 minutes from Turkey Point Beach, 15 minutes away from the charming beach town of Port Dover and the picturesque town of Port Rowan. For those seeking adventures, Long Point Eco Adventure is a mere 3.8 kilometers up the road, offering aerial adventures as well as hiking & biking trails. Additionally, wine enthusiasts will rejoice in the proximity to Burning Kiln Winery.
With three bedrooms, there's ample space for families and friends to relax in comfort. The master bedroom, with a Queen-sized bed.
Second bedroom treats you to a queen-sized bed along with closet space, and the third with a double bed.
Prepare your delicious meals in the functional kitchen, adorned with custom wood countertops and appliances including an electric stove, dishwasher, and fridge. The kitchen comes stocked with essentials like a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and cooking basics. Gather around the spacious dining table with seating for eight.
You may want to bring drinking water.
The open concept living space are designed for relaxation and togetherness. The main living area, adjacent to the kitchen and dining room, boasts comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen TV.
The full bathroom is located off the hallway where all of the bedrooms are. 2 clean vanities, and a tub/shower enclosure.
Step outside to experience the outdoor living space – Stamped concrete deck to enjoy drinks and dinners. There is a fire pit for outdoor fires and a bbq.

* Late Check-out Policy: We can accommodate late check-outs up to 11 AM at no additional cost, subject to availability and no conflicts with the cleaning schedule for same-day check-ins. Any check-outs after 11 AM will be charged at half the rate of the next night.
Surveillance Cameras: Cameras are installed only in the entryway and driveway areas for security purposes. There are no cameras installed in the interior of the home, ensuring complete privacy for our guests.
No pets are allowed.

The front door closest to the driveway has a smart lock as well as the backyard entry door.
Other things to note:
There are no parties/events allowed at this property outside of your designated guest.

We stayed for 4 days with our kids and had a great family vacation. It was a quiet neighbourhood and an easy walk to get down to the beach. We enjoyed exploring the area during the day and relaxing at night with a bonfire and playing games at the big harvest table. Kitchen had lots of amenities for meal prep.

The property was wonderful! Well stocked and close to the beach...fabulous harvest table that was perfect for dinners and games. We would definitely stay again.

We were a party of 6 for 1 night and a party of 3 for the 2nd night. Everyone had only positive things to say about the property, the location and the host. I would definitely go back and highly recommend for a weekend get away
