About this cottage rental
Kick back and relax! 8 Ralph offers an open concept layout with with 3 updated bedrooms and a large spacious bath. Tucked away beside wooded, conservation land, enjoy a privacy not typically enjoyed in Turkey point whilst still being mere steps from restaurants, store, marina and -of course- the beach! In the front, enjoy a large deck and BBQ area. In the rear, enjoy a private bonfire pit area. On the side, enjoy rinsing off after a day at the beach in our outdoor shower. Property has wifi, games, books and other comforts of home and offers suggestions of local fun things to do. This is a family cottage and will treat you like one! High chair and booster seat available upon request!

Loved the property, nice big yard on a very quiet little side street. Host was easy to talk to. The number of beds was inaccurate on the listing, but luckily, it still worked for us. The main living room area was our favourite part. Place was very clean (except for the ceiling fans) and there were plenty of towels available. Appreciated having wood for the firepit in the back. Beds were comfy. A couple of things we would have appreciated but weren't dealbreakers for our needs: coffee and filters, and some sort of storage in the bunk bed room.

Shady Haven is a very comfortable and well appointed accommodation. 5min or less walk to the beach. Store and restaurant nearby. 10 minute or less walk to the main beach/shops/park. The wagon we brought for the kids was the MVP of our stay. Really great space for kids!

This cottage had ever to offer our family! It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach , lovely cozy cottage and the property is beautiful and so private . It was very hard to get our grandkids out of the sandbox . Lance and his family have a little piece of paradise :)
