BALCONY
Wi-Fi now reaches the balcony. I have moved the original location our units had at the entrance to the middle of the unit, another unique feature !
The balcony really feels open because it's an end unit, elevated, and can see the sun setting. You can watch the traffic come and go around the bend or just watch the waves. There are two seating options. Low and cushioned for 6, or 2 bar type table & chairs for 6 with over the railing view. See photos.
LIVING ROOM - 82" TV with sound bar.
From the photos you'll notice the amount of seating available that will fit 7-8 people comfortably. The size and comfort is rare to find. Both the sectional and the couch have pull out trundles 6 feet & 5 feet 7 inches in length. White lap tables if you want to eat watching TV.
MASTER BEDROOM - King bed with ensuite & lake view
This bedroom has a separate walkout to the balcony, a beautiful King bed with matching nightstands & a 43" TV. All covered in 4' * 2' large format porcelain tiles.
BEDROOM 2 - Queen bed with ensuite, lake view. This bedroom also has a separate walkout to the balcony, a stylish queen size bed matching the Master bedroom King and the grain of the 2' * 2' porcelain tiles. 40" TV, & walk in closet. Ensuite has a clear glass shower.
BEDROOM 3
Not to be forgotten, this room has a very solid, beautiful Queen size wooden sleigh bed with matching tall nightstands.
KITCHEN
Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Keurig, Toaster, Hot water pot. Filled with lots of utensils. Fridge empty for your groceries, and Storage shelves for your dry goods.
DINING ROOM
This area is in the kitchen and has a seating for 6.
Beds are made and towels provided, so no need for you to bring either.
McDonald's & Tim Hortons Keurig coffee pods. Tea.
There is an information booklet in the suite that shows directions how to get to the Hospital, walk-in clinic, local restaurants, food trucks, adventures etc.
If you love all 4 seasons and not just only summer, it is available 356 days a year and the rates per night are better. Just message me for rate information.

This was a beautiful place and very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and the view is amazing. We didn’t get to use the beach, but hopefully we can come back when the weather is better and use it as well. The cleaning fee made it twice the price but only for one night so if you stayed more than one night you only get charged the fee one time. So it actually is very reasonable for what you get.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The apartment is very comfortable with a very nice living area (there’s a very nice large tv -we watched the Blue Jays games ) with a great balcony overlooking the water. We could not really take advantage of the balcony because of the cool weather at the beginning of May, but it would be great in the summer. The two bedroom facing the lake are roomy with very nice ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom is fine but has no windows and the separate bathroom is small, but adequate. A downside is that the apartment block is facing the main busy road so there is some traffic noise. The host was very responsive and took care of all our needs, answering our questions promptly. The check-in and checkout process was easy. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time enjoying this comfortable, clean and well appointed property. Everything was perfect and Chris was a very professional host. We are planning to make Long Point/Port Rowan an annual getaway and would be delighted to stay here again...a new home away from home. Highly recommended!
