Immersed in the green hills of the Marche region, the villa with swimming pool is the result of the fantastic renovation of an old rural building. Innovative design solutions are able to keep the building in conditions of environmental comfort with the control of the internal microclimate at a high level, both during summer and in winter. The house is made warm and comfortable thanks to natural lighting and furniture choices. The reception, the availability and the care of the house down to the smallest details are the main objectives of the owners The ground floor directly overlooks the pool and is characterized by large windows that make the rooms bright. Here are the living room and the well-equipped kitchen, 2 apartments (each with 2 bedrooms with separate entrance and bathroom). On the first floor there is the relaxation area with a beautiful and wide view of the hills, in addition to the Tv area. In the semi-underground Area Welness with Jacuzzi and Sauna. Fitness Area with Unica Technogym.
Nb: In The Period June-september Only Weekly Stays From Saturday To Saturday.

It is difficult not to get carried away with the many advantages of this accommodation: From the location close to nature and the corresponding tranquillity, to the friendly and helpful hosts, to the stylish and comfortably furnished accommodation. We enjoyed a wonderful week's holiday and got to know and appreciate Italy from a side we had not known before.
