Make lasting memories for years to come in this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom vacation rental. Up on the 12th floor of the beautiful Phoenix VII, this condo sleeps up to eight people and is right on the beach.
· Flat screen televisions are in both bedrooms and the living area
· Queen sofa sleeper, DVD player, and stereo system in the living area
· The kitchen is fully equipped with all major stainless steel appliances and a tile backsplash
· In the dining area there is a table that seats six and a kitchen bar that seats two
· Master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the balcony
· Shower and tub combination as well as extended granite vanity in the master bathroom
· Gorgeous gulf front view can be enjoyed at the table that seats four on the balcony
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was beautiful and clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. We would definitely love to stay there again.
