We throughly enjoyed our time at Phoenix VII. The location was perfect and we are already looking forward to booking next year!

Condo was exactly as the pictures present. The room with the double beds were stiff and slightly uncomfortable. The dishwasher also did not close and would not run properly. Other than that we had a great time and would come back again. Location was great. 5 minutes from Publix and restaurants all close by. Ideal location for watching the 4th of July fireworks that were only two doors down.
