3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).

Good location with easy access to many amenities. Smooth check-in process and communication with host was excellent. Smaller master bath, but all other spaces were very comfortable.

This was a rebook from 2018, and property needs to be freshened up. Phoenix Properties are always great, this is the first time that it was just okay.
