We really like the location and the condominium Resort. The only bad thing I would say is that they need to update their living room furniture and do some painting on the inside but other than that very nice place.

Enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for our large family. Close and conveniently located to Orange Beach, Perdido key and Gulf shores. So you have lots of options to eat and things to do. Bring towels with you though, there was barely enough for us which forced us to do laundry daily which is a bummer on vacation. The room with the two beds in it could definitely use new mattresses both beds were very uncomfortable. Other than that it was wonderful. Great view from either balcony. You can overlook the beach or overlook the bay which was great! Would choose to stay here again.

I’ll never stay at another phoenix just because of the extremely expensive price for parking. 53$ per car! Never paid more than 20$ for a parking pass. Only complaint about the condo is the washer and dryer. Extremely loud washer and dryer takes 4 cycles to dry. Everything else was great. Condo was well laid out and comfortable. Pool was great.
