About this apartment rental
This comfortable and well-furnished three bedroom and two bathroom unit is a great place for a family or group of friends to gather for good times at the beach.
· The living area has a two couches and one armchair where you can gather and watch the flat screen television or slide a DVD into the player, or listen to the stereo system.
· The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and a flat top range, plus all of the materials you need to prepare meals.
· A pair of stools is at the breakfast bar, and six chairs surround a large dining table. You can also dine on the balcony with its table and four chairs.
· The master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, a television set, and balcony access. Your private bathroom has sink, vanity counter, and a bathtub and shower combination.
· In the first guest bedroom is a King-size bed, flat screen television.
· Second quest bedroom offers two Queen size beds and a flat screen television on top of a bureau.
· Washer and dryer tucked away in hall closet
· Breathtaking Gulf front view from balcony seating
· Unit comes with one reserved parking space
This unit includes one reserved parking space.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The property was nice. The poor couches probably need to either cleaned or replaced. They were stained up. Other than that, every thing was nice.

We had a great time, loved all the space and kitchen this place had. The common areas were big and perfect for our entire family! The view from the 15th floor is absolutely amazing and sooo beautiful! The location of the condo is right off the elevator and that was great! We had a specific parking space and omg, that was amazing because with all the kids we had it made it sooo much easier! I could not give this place less than 5 stars but listen, additional dressers for storage! non stick pans, keurig coffee make and a cutting board would do well here! I cannot say saying negative the place is wonderful and wood definitely use again for our family vacation.

Property was perfect other than floors being dirty. Check in and out was easy.
