Fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium that sleeps ten is located on the 8th floor of the Phoenix VII.
· Flat screen televisions located in the bedroom and living area
· Queen sofa sleeper, stereo system, and DVD player in the living area
· Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, tile backsplash, and granite countertop
· Dining area has a table with seating for six and the kitchen bar seats two
· Full size washer and dryer in the condo
· Master bedroom has a king size bed, balcony access, and DVD/VCR player
· Shower and tub combination and extended vanity in the master bathroom
· Magnificent gulf front view with table seating four and a chaise lounge on the balcony
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

It was nice and fun trip even though it was raining. But the kids had fun

The unit was not as clean as expected. The rugs in living room and bathroon were noticeably dirty. We were not comfortable sleeping in the beds because the beds linens and comforters didn't appear clean therefore we purchased some from Walmart. After we lysoled everything we were able to settle in. Seems as if the unit had not been dusted in a while either. We had to rewash some of the dishes before we used them. We washed towels everyday because there wasn't enough in the unit.
On another note, we liked the short walk to the beach and the on-site pool. The gym needs to be upgraded with new equipment and possibly add some free weights so our workouts were pretty limited. The grocery store was close and staff was friendly. I wouldn't mind staying here again only if the company would do some upgrades and take care of the issues regarding cleanliness.
