The property is safe, secure and well managed. The unit (6908) was clean but needs a "deep cleaning'. Curtains in master bedroom and living room need to be replaced. Kitchen needs an overall deep cleaning. There are a few areas in bathrooms that needs attention. I mention this because if not corrected soon the problems will get worse.

This could have been a 5 star rating. I took off two stars for two issues. The Phoenix facility was amazing. The beach was not crowded, the building itself is beautiful, clean and with all the amenities you would want. My number one problem is that the company we rented from is not who is responsible for taking care of any issues. After the first night, I called to let them know that the master king bed had an odor and that we did not have enough towels. (4 bath towels for 6 people) I was informed that I needed to take everything up with the front desk. I went to the front desk and requested additional towels. The lady said that I just need to wash them and reuse. That was fine and I intended to do that but we just did not have enough for everyone to bathe. I explained that and she blandly told me again to wash them. I finally asked her which of the six of us should share bath towels or just stay dirty while waiting for the wash to complete. She finally gave us more towels but was pretty pissy about it. I will definitely visit Orange Beach again but I doubt it will be at the Phoenix.
