CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

The room was clean and the hosts were very quick to respond with any questions prior to our arrival. The property has lovely views and everyone we encountered on site was very friendly. We loved that the pool hours were 7a-11p but these do seem to fluctuate with the season so make sure to double check when booking. The only downside was that the balcony didn’t have screens so we weren’t able to leave the sliding door open at night to listen to the waves. Overall fantastic and would love to stay here again!

We had an amazing vacation! This was our first visit to Orange Beach and we loved it. Your condo was perfect and had everything that we needed. The beach was so relaxing. We hope to return next year. Thank you!

Had all my kiddos and their significant others in OB for the Shrimp Festival. The beach and the festival were great. However, we were all coming from different places in three cars. Condo was only allotted 2 parking spaces. Went to front desk when we got there and asked for an additional parking pass ($55 each). We were told we couldn’t have one. Next day I went and asked and was able to purchase a third one. So, I guess getting an additional pass depends upon who you ask. Then, Saturday, Alabama is playing Tex AM. My brother, who happened to be in town with his family wants to come watch the game with us. The security gd tells him he can come in for 10 minutes. I go down to the front desk and explain that he is not staying, that he is here to watch the game. Their response…”he’s welcome to come watch the game with you, he just can’t park here”. What the what? How does that work. I looked and without moving counted 15 empty parking spaces. There were spaces by the security shack. So, my brother left. The front desk offered no apology or solution. Just “he can’t park here. I won’t be back to Phoenix 6 or any other Phoenix condo for that matter. All they want is your money.
As for the condo, it’s really smaller than the photos indicate. Absolutely no space for food storage. The oven is old and not working well. But, bottomline, we had a great time despite the disappointments. We will go back for the shrimp festival…we just won’t stay here again.
