Phoenix VI 815 Gulf Front 3 bedroom corner unit by Prickett Properties

The ocean view was beautiful from the den, a little disappointed that the master faced front of the bldg but were able to see the bay beyond the parking lot. The seating area on the front balcony was nice. Hearing the beeping garbage truck for pick up at 4:30 every morning was not the greatest.There were some initial problems at check in. The ice maker wasn't producing, so no ice when we got there, We went down to ask the front desk for two cups of ice to hold us over until we could get our bearings and call maintenance they directed us to the ice machine that charged over 7 for a bag of ice! Not a great start after a long day of traveling It was rainy and fairly cool, so we went looking for a blanket for the bed and found a couple that were wadded up and thrown in the top of a closet. They didn't look or smell clean. The guest bath tub had water trickling that we could not get stopped. The first day was frustrating to say the least. We called Prickett Properties the next morning, spoke to Ben, very professional and quick to offer solutions, sent someone to fix the ice maker and tub and brought us a brand new blanket, tightened some fittings on the leaking tub, and made an appointment to come back the next day with a new filter for the ice maker. They offered to bring us a bag of ice to hold us over, but we had already spent the 7 on the bag from the machine downstairs. The issues were annoying to deal with, but Breeze at Prickett did her best to make things right.

Condo was plenty big enough for a group. Corner balcony room with the best view and location was great. We’ve stayed at Phoenix properties many times and never been disappointed.

Convenient location with good beach view: indoor pool was a big plus since the weather was cooler; easy to get to attractions and restaurants; lots of parking available; host quickly responsive and good communication prior to, during and after our stay; would recommend this unit

I liked the indoor pool area and views but besides that, the place is in need of a face-lift. The areas where you wait for the elevators is completely enclosed and is like a sauna. If they could create an opening in the windows it would make it so much better. The condo itself was outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. We had to place a sofa pillow behind the headboard because it would bang against the wall every time you move. The electrical outlets were so lose in the walls that most of our phone charger plugs would fall out. We stayed in a place that slept 10 people but only provided 6 towels for the entire place. All in all I just felt like if the owners put a little more care into this place it would be a much better experience.
