· Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, granite countertop, and a tile backsplash
· Table in the dining area seats four and the kitchen bar seats two
· King size bed, DVD player, and balcony access in the master bedroom
· Master bathroom has a granite countertop, updated faucets, and travertine tile step-in shower
· Tiled balcony has a table with four chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful gulf front view
· Shower and tub combination with glass doors as well as double sink granite vanity in the master bathroom
· Gorgeous gulf front view can be enjoyed from reclining patio furniture on the balcony
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Very clean, property managers responded promptly when we had a problem and fixed it quickly (during a holiday weekend!), and overall great setup and location!

Property was perfect! We enjoyed our stay! If we had any questions the desk answered them! I even lost my anniversary band in the MBR, we were about 30 away and they called and had found it! It was very clean! Views are amazing! Definitely would recommend and stay in this condo again!!

We really loved and enjoyed our stay. The thing I liked the most would be that everything was comfy! The beds were great and so was all the living room furniture. It was very clean and it looked like the pictures online which I appreciate because sometimes pictures can be deceiving. I anlso loved that the Phoenix itself has four elevators available at all times which keeps waiting down! Overall a great place for a getaway with your spouse, friends or family!

We love this condo! The location is perfect, it has all the amenities and is fully stocked with everything you need! The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels, furniture is nice, there is plenty of space, and it's always clean. We have stayed in 1204 twice and plan to return! Highly recommend!
