Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium that sleeps eight is located on the 1st floor of the Phoenix VII.
· Flat screen televisions are located in the bedrooms and living area
· Living area has a queen sofa sleeper
· Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances
· Kitchen bar seats two and the dining area has a table for four
· Stacked washer and dryer in the condo
· Master bedroom has king size bed and access to balcony
· Extended vanity and shower and tub combination in the master bathroom
· Breathtaking gulf front views can be enjoyed from the balcony seating four at the table plus two chaise lounges
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

With Covid on the rise we planned on cleaning the room ourselves just to be safe. But we were surprised to find how disgusting the room was. The pots and pans still had eggs all over them. The dishes and glasses were filthy. The rags we used to wipe things down turned completely black. I thought there was supposed to be heightened cleaning due to Covid? I guess it’s just something they say but don’t do. After I complained and showed them all the dirty pots and rags they came back to clean. That was nice, but they didn’t bother cleaning the dirty dishes, so who knows what they actually did. I suggest bringing your own cleaning supplies!
The room next to us was apparently full of roaches.
Other than the dirty place, the trip was great.
