The garden sunroom across the back of the house has large windows with a wonderful view. The BED SWING could provide sleeping for 2 additional guests, or just a relaxing spot to read or listen to your favorite music surrounded by greenery and a botanical atmosphere. Comfortable furnishings with a king and two queen beds, this house is also furnished with everything you need past personal items and food. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and hope to stay here every year from now on! The home is very welcoming and comfortable, but also very stylish! Everything you might need is provided! A fully stocked kitchen, toiletries and bathroom conveniences, towels, sheets. Also, the beds and pillows are very comfortable! It's just about like being at home.Our daughter is disabled and the open floor plan, as well as the zero entry at the front door and through the garage is just what we need to have a fun and safe place to stay for our family! Vangie is a wonderful host, and communicates quickly if needed, and makes you feel so welcome!No doubt, we'll be back!!

This is a great home to relax and enjoy time with family. Furniture beds are super comfy with soft sheets and pillows. Plenty of towels in baths and kitchen. Host provided plenty of paper goods snd trash bags. Loved being able to bring our 3 pups. Host was very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay here again!

This was our first time to the area so we did not know what to expect or where to stay. Gracious Living was a very comfortable stay in a nice neighborhood. The only disappointment was that the fireplace was not working and it was quite a cool weekend so it would have been nice to have.

I was so excited to have the whole family(except for two grandkids in Ohio) under one roof for several days. It had been over 20 years. I have three sons and one has been in the military as a Green Beret which made it difficult for "together" vacations. We came for the eclipse. But to have our gathering in such a beautiful place was outstanding! The house was so well equipped with everything we needed, and to be able to bring our "fur babies" was the cherry on top. Really like the Bella Vista neighborhood and area in general. The house is elevated overlooking part of the golf course. We had deer run through the yard, enjoyed the fire pit one night, and lounged on the hanging bed with a view of it all. Very relaxing.

This is a great house that is beautifully decorated. The extra bed in the sunroom was great for an additional sleeping spot. Plus my granddaughter loved the "hanging bed." The living room is spacious with an extra long couch. Perfect location between Bentonville and Bella Vista. Host responded almost immediately to every question. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were very impressed with this rental property. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful view from the sunroom. Both kitchen and bathrooms had all the amenities you could possibly think of. The recliner couch put me to sleep the first night we were there. Master suite is terrific with a very comfortable bed. Cannot wait to get back to this property as time allows. I made the mistake of leaving an appointment book then I needed to complete the year. The owner was kind enough to send it to me before I started the next week.

We loved our stay at Garden on the Green. So clean, well equipped, and quiet. We spent hours in the garden room and loved swinging and napping on the rope bed! Everything was tastefully decorated throughout the house. It was easy to get to Crystal Bridges and various restaurants in Bentonville. I hope we will get back here soon!
