Lakeside Trail

Let your adventure begin by bringing your family, friends and even your pets to Bella Vista. This unique space has everything you need! It is close to the lakes, parks, golf courses, recreational centers and more. Outside our neighborhood is the 50 miles trail that connects to the Back 40 trail and other trails in the area. I'm sure you'll enjoy!
Pets are welcome in our home! We do have a pet fee, please see house rules for more details.
The space
We have a lovely 2 story townhouse with a private deck on both floors.


THE FIRST LEVEL is an open space of the dining and living area. Kitchen, a half bath/ powder room, a storage room for all your adventure equipment, and a screened porch.

We have a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN:
Comes with:
-Electric Stove
- Pots/Pans/Baking pans
-Serving utensils
- Grilling tongs
- knives
- Oven
-Small Electric grill
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Serving Dishes
- Glassware/Dinnerware/Bakeware
-Coffee Maker with coffee, and sugar.
-Kids' dinnerware
-Paper Towel
-Cleaning stuff -under the kitchen sink
-liquid dishwashing soap and dishwasher pods

THE LIVING SPACE:
-Smart T.V, WIFI. NOTE: You can sign in to your online streaming account but please don't forget to log out. We're not responsible if future guests use them if you forgot to log out.
-Board games
-Books and magazines


SECOND LEVEL/DOWNSTAIRS: we have 2 clean and cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. A washer and a Dryer. A relaxing deck.

The Master bedroom has a very comfy California king-size bed. It has its own private deck and its own stairs to easily access the walking trail.


The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, a desk/study table, and a small storage closet.

For the full bathroom we provide:

-Toiletries
-Hairdryer

NOTE: Because of inflation and other financial aspects of the current economy we will NOT be providing the following items until further notice: Liquid Laundry Detergent, liquid softener, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Please remember to bring them with you.

Guest access
1. You have access to all the amenities inside the house.

2. You need a guest card to access POA lake and recreational centers. If you are planning to do so, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide them before you check-in.

You just have to provide us :
1. "All" the guests' complete name
2. City and state of where you're from
3. An Email where we can send them.

3. You do NOT need a guest pass in walking/biking trails and golf courses.

4. Guests' passes /cards are NOT a free pass to access Bella Vista amenities - You still have to pay the necessary fees to use the amenities.
Other things to note
1. We have a pet fee. please let us know in advance if you are bringing your pet/s.
2. This townhouse does not have private lake access. BUT it is very close to public lake access.
3.There's a lot of stairs. If you have small children and if you have physical disability or just having a hard time going up and down the stairs it would be more ideal if you stay somewhere else.
4. We did our part in providing everything you need to know in our listing descriptions and house rules. So we encourage you to do your part as a guest and read them and ask questions if needed so you can plan better, ahead of time. thank you!
